Unless financials are released I have to believe that not only is a royalty being paid but because the company was unable to receive bank funding, the ceo became the bank and is also collecting on the loan at who knows what terms. These opinions are based on the lack of financial discloser. Release financials.
If a royalty is being paid that does nothing but pull cash from the company at the worst possible time. Looks like the company will be cash poor for a long time. Can anyone confirm there is no royalty agreement? Does anyone believe the assignment was given for free? What are the repayment arrangements regarding the loan given by the ceo? Maybe this is why there are no financials. Sales are being made but the company has nothing to show for it. Opinion only.
My best guess is the we are in the petri business with a royalty being paid to the ceo for the flat pack. Any positive margin to be first paid to the ceo leaving little if anything for the company, hence no real shareholder value. Appears like only one winner on petri sales. No sales figures leads me to no other conclusion. If true, shareholders will never see and return from petri sales being reflected in the share price. Who knows when if ever N Assay will come about and how that's structured. Only opinion. Anyone know what royalty if any is being paid on petri sales and if one is being paid don't we have the right to know what it is?

Not one share traded. Info released not having any impact on the rah rah crowd. Won't hit .03 today. What are you guys waiting for?
Thanks for the info. They have taken me off the notification list. Seems they are more sensitive than Trump.
"What we have here is a failure to communicate". This is what happens when you run the company like a circular firing squad. Is there anyone in this company that gives a #$%$? I don't think so. imo
"Researchers gave one dose of the new vaccine, developed by the Canadian government, to more than 4,000 people who were contacts of confirmed Ebola cases within 10 days of being identified. In comparison, more than 3,500 contacts of other Ebola cases got the shot after a 10-day delay. In the group that received the vaccine immediately, there were no Ebola cases versus 16 cases in people who got delayed vaccination. The vaccine has since been licensed to Merck. The study was published online Friday in the journal Lancet."
"Removing pollutants from water and soil might be easier than we ever imagined thanks to the work performed by researchers from the University of Regensburg in Germany and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the U.S. The scientists have discovered a way to remove pollutants with the help of nanoparticles without leaving behind any byproducts."
Like J Tracy who commuted to and from Mass., I believe Hank is doing the TX commute. The company can't seem to get anyone to reside in the local area. Commutes over a distance get old quick and do make for a tough family life. imo
"Barber Foods is recalling more than 1.7 million pounds of frozen, raw, stuffed chicken that may be contaminated with salmonella, according to a U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Services announcement."
Sadly you may be right. You can have the best product in the world but if nobody wants it or you can't sell it, it means nothing. imo
