As of Dec. 14th Reuter is reporting that there have been over 18,000 cases of ebola reported and that maybe that number is under reported by 2 1/2 times. If anyone alive doesn't think that LAKE will be raking in millions and millions of dollars in the next six months or more are plain crazy. The latest spending bill added $7 billion to help stop Ebola in Africa. No one in outside the government in America knows how many, if any, cases of Ebola is being treated in America or how many people are being monitored at this time in America for Ebola because the current administration has shut down all reporting on Ebola in America. My opinion and main point is that Ebola hasn't gone away and the demand for hazmat suits are soaring.
I don't care who authories cameras because the final decision will be made by the insurance companies. If you want to keep your rates low, you must put cameras on your cops. Real life example: Home Owner Associations are told to put up 10 foot fences around their pool or pay a much higher premium. Guess what new fences are going up everywhere.
that is the first question lawyers will ask in future shootings. If a town does not provide cameras their insurance premiums will be sky high. The police departments and towns have no choice but to buy cameras. If it is possible, it soon will be required.
That will be the first question asked by ALL lawyers in future trials involving police shootings. Any town that fail to equip their police with cameras will be paying big time for insurance if they don't have cameras on their police. If it is possible, it soon will be required. Taser is only going up.
A recent article about Wrightsville Beach, NC police department regarding their use of body cameras said that the number of complains of police misconduct went down from 17 last year to only 3 in 2014. Cameras will help make cops behave and will stop bad guys from filing false calms. Cameras don't lie, they record the facts. I think they will be good for the police and for the crooks. I also hope it will cut down on the number of people that run from the police. Most criminals commit more than one crime so the police should be able to match video images via recognition software. Won't do the bad guy any good to run once he is on video.
I wrote to IR last Thursday asking what was happening with their doggie trials but I haven't received a response.
All the police need is a pouch with a spider web in it and when the mobs get out of hand they just press the pouch the spider web shoots out and captures all the bad guys. I know that will work because I saw it in a movie.
I strongly suggest you sell your stock immediately and go somewhere else. The new shares will allow LAKE to grow.
After reading the article about Jack Ma wanting to purchase entertainment content it made me wonder how long it will be before China becomes the owner of the entire USA. They are buying up property, businesses and anything else of value here in the US today with the interest money that America is paying them to support our national debt. Bill Clinton and the Dems gave China our jobs and told Americans that we had plenty of service sector jobs to keep us employed. They didn't tell Americans that those service sector jobs would pay less that the manufacturing jobs. How long will it be before we start to see China putting forth Chinese candidates in political offices in the US?
This means that hospitals will have to order full cover supplies in extra small, small, medium, large, extra large, jumbo. We will not really know if LAKE is getting any of these orders or are making huge profits until the fourth quarter UNLESS LAKE gives us foreward guidance when their 3rd quarter results are announced.
I think Medicare/Medicaid should charge patients if the doctor prescribes the test and the patient doesn't complete the test. I know that if I don't have an annual check up Medicare will not pay for my BPAP supplies. Doctors should tell their patients that if you don't mail you stool sample in, you will be billed $502.00. That would ensure that people would use Cologuard.
I am not sure it's a "HOPE". I think shareholders should be demanding it. I don't care if she spends every dollar of the Alibaba gains on Yahoo stock. I personally don't need a dividend check that will increase my tax burden. That's my personal opinion so don't beat me over the head and tell me I am crazy. If you have constructive information, please post it.
Since Yahoo shares are valued at zero dollars there is no reason to buy back stock. What Marissa needs is revenue. Buying another internet company in hopes of bringing in more advertisement dollars doesn't make any sense because Yahoo itself is an advertisement revenue generating business. Why would you want to buy another advertisement business when the one you have is losing money? In my opinion she would be better off to wait until Alibaba pricing settles out and then buy Alibaba shares or some other growing company. It is apparent the Marissa doesn't have a good track record of buying companies that have gone up so she might want to hire a team of experts to pick out her next purchase.
