Do you realize that you can flag cordaly and not have to see any of his/her post if you don't want to see them. If you had done that rather than post after post after post against Cordaly I wouldn't have had to flag you. Goodbye.

NEWS: DEA could place pot on schedule 2 list

What is the government's basis for declaring MJ as having medical benefits? Their own FDA hasn't reviewed or tested this drug to determine if it has any medical benefits. Right now, I believe that obama, the FDA, state governors and many US mayors are putting themselves in jeopardy by allowing the sale of so called medical MJ. If I were a parent and my child that was taking the so called medical MJ authorized by any of the folks I mention were to become ill (no matter what the illness maybe) I would sue the heck out of them. Just when did the US start allowing the elected officials determine if a drug is effective or not? They have no authority to make any medical claim for any substance. If their decisions
stands, we no longer need a FDA and we should shut it down immediately. For the Record, I own 4 MJ stocks and I believe that the Obama administration will change the classification to Schedule 2. Sad day for America when he does. Is this what the majority of Americans really want?

JAZZ says they will pay $30.25 for each share of Celator stock. Why is Celator stock selling for $30.30 today? I have never seen this.

From the few comments so far about the conference call I would say the shorts are worried. I listen to the call and heard about what I expected. They have an approved product that will be available soon and the amount of sales will depend on how quickly the doctors get qualified and if the doctors are willing to insert the medicine in the arms of patients. They will not be out selling pills tomorrow. I had rather here the truth than a bunch of promises that can't be kept. I stay for awhile.

How do you feel about Congress giving the ok to doctors to give untested, unapproved marijuana to veterans with PTSD? If Congress can approve unapproved untested drugs then I would think that the FDA would be prudent to approve a drug that has at least been tested and found to be safe with no long term effects and has potentially shown that it could be beneficial to some boys that have no other hope of survival. I don't know anyone that would question the FDA for offering what ever help they can to these young men.

    Wisdom of our Elected Officials

obama is the one that said he would not enforce the Federal marijuana laws. He told states to have it because his personal Justice Department would not prosecute those that broke the MJ laws. So, yes, it is obama's fault.

  • Our elected officials voted to allow the VA to administer marijuana to US veterans. As far as I know, Marijuana is still illegal, has never been tested and approved for any recognized medical condition by the FDA. No one seems to give a heck. In my opinion, if elected officials can determine what medicines are to be given to people we no longer need an FDA and that department of our government should be shut down Monday morning. Think of the money that will save taxpayers.

With that said, think about the years of testing and testimonies that the FDA has read and heard from Saperta and the families of the poor boys. Is there any excuse for the FDA not to approve this drug?

    This is just beyond reality.

This stock represents the best pattern of accumulation that I have seen in awhile. Could be wrong but it is looking like this stock is going much higher. I am not pumping, I am a long term holder and it is just an opinion based on what I see as facts.

In 2014 the US was giving PR $20 Billion dollars a year for a population of 3.5 million people. The government steals that money and very little gets to the people. It's time for the waste, fraud and abuse to stop. The US should have better oversight of the money that PR is getting. This is fixable.

The FDA already has all the cover they need for approval. No need for labels or excuses. Congress has given them clean instructions on how to deal with life threatening drug where there are no other drugs available. That was the reason for the letter from 25 Senators (both Dems and Republicans). Unless the drug cause harm, it will have to be approved and if not, I would think that the company will have grounds to file a law suit against the FDA. Just because you can't scientifically define how the drug is working doesn't mean it shouldn't be approved. Like I have said before, the FDA didn't go against obama when he said that he would not stop parents from giving marijuana to their kids so why would the FDA go against a drug that has proven safe over several years? If Sapreta doesn't get their drug approved and have to to court, all the judge needs to see is the current law. This would never have to go to court.

Governors, mayors, congressmen and the President have agreed that Marijuana is ok to sell to children and adults that have dizzy spells, headaches, spasms, etc. All without any clinical trials or studies that show MJ has ever cured or helped anyone. If the FDA doesn't speak out about that, why should we pay them and why should their opinion on any other proposed drug have any value? It's ok to give untested drugs to small children but you can't get a drug that has undergone years of scientific study approved? Come on, the new age and law says if it doesn't do any harm, give it to anyone that wants it. Sarepta's drug is going to be approved.

  • How low is it going before the move up? I don't want to buy to high.

Their goal is to tax every trade and use the money to pay higher wages to everyone working in educational jobs. They have to keep paying those people or they will start voting for the republicans. Dems have own the education votes for years. What you typically hear from all candidates is "

The Zika virus was discovered in 1947 and has been around for a long time. The only cases in the US are in people that have traveled to other countries. SO FAR, NO ONE HAS CALLED FOR TRAVEL BANS. Obama wants an additional $1.9 billion of your tax dollars to fight this non-fatal disease. The head of the CDC says his biggest concern is that an unknown flu virus may show up, not Zika. The leader of the World Bank thinks America should give obama the $1.9 so he can distribute it quickly to other countries. Just some of the facts, look it up.

I had gas so bad in the 70's that I would wake up crying. I went to doctor after doctor, had xray after xray and the diagnosis by one doctor said I had a ulcer, another doctor said it was irritated stomach and another doctor told me it was caused by my smoking cigarettes. In the late 80's I read an article about H. pylori and it said H. pylori could be treated with antibiotics. I ask my doctor about it and he had never heard of H pylori so I printed out the article and gave it to him. He then prescribed the antibiotics and I haven't had stomach pains since. I believe that a cure exist if the doctors will prescribe the right drugs. If you are having consistent burning and gas, ask your doctor to treat you with antibiotics. Over the years I have told this story and many people have been helped.
