IF the person that had stem cell implants that spoke at the YorkShire meeting hadn't seen improvement after the surgery than why would he/she even go to the meeting? You only stand up and speak at such a meeting or even get invited to speak unless you have something positive to say. Wouldn't have made any sense for them to stand up and say "I had it done, it didn't work". Think about it.
I have been through this several times. We will know the results tonight because the FDA doesn't miss their due dates. My guess is that it was not approved but I am hoping I am wrong.
Thanks biocoach for your positive response. I was under the impression that Phase I was to be completed in December and that results would be out shortly after that. I guess I am just getting nervous watching it go up and down while we wait. Just hope that we get positive news soon.
Been holding ACTC for years but I wonder why management can't provide any data. Phase I has been over for months and results were suppose to be issued in December. Can't understand why it takes months to provide the results. All they were trying to prove in Phase I is whether their process was safe enough to continue into Phase II. Shouldn't be that big of a deal. Also, has anyone ever seen any formal written data that suggest the ACTC stem cells has improved the sight of anyone they treated? I don't need smart response, just facts.
The title of his article indicates this is a hit piece. A real article would say Red Flag, This Red Flag, These Red Flags, etc. Saying NUMEROUS Red Flags clearly indicates a scare tactic. If you say numerous and only list some doesn't make any sense. I want to see all of the NUMEROUS red flags please. Don't leave me hanging.
I didn't like the commercial. The Super Bowl is about America. Has nothing to do with all those other countries represented in the commercial. I guess Coke was trying to say that there isn't an America anymore, we are just a place for people from all countries to come and set up a branch of there country here. I believe that if you chose to become an American you should follow the American way or else stay home. I just don't get this.
They shouldn't do that to an old man. I could have had a heart attack. I immediately went to my account to sell PGNX. I watched the up $495 go across the screen several times before I got excited. I think I need some nitro.
New article out by Seeking Alpha. I sure hope the guy knows something we don't. Could be a very exciting week ahead.
Here is what they said about KERX on Dec. 31st.
competition through at least 2024.
To clarify, Zerenex is the only oral ferric-based phosphate binder to show in clinical studies a meaningful improvement in iron stores in patients undergoing dialysis, as well as in patients with non-dialysis dependent NDD-CKD. Clinical data have been impressive (see our previous coverage), demonstrating Zerenex's competitive phosphate binding capability and the drug's ability to reduce the use of anemia treatments like Epogen, and perhaps eliminate the need for IV iron in both dialysis and NDD-CKD patients. As we've outlined before, the commercial benefits of Zerenex in dialysis and NDD-CKD patients include: 1) strong phosphate binding; 2) the ability to significantly reduce the use and costs associated with common anemia treatments; and 3) potential safety and health benefits for dialysis and NDD-CKD patients. The point here is that Zerenex is unique in its activity due to the product's active pharmaceutical ingredient, which is protected by multiple high-barrier patents.
Can't have it both ways.
Now calculate the cost of increased arrest for driving while intoxicated, increased domestic violence, increase medical cost and then tell us how much money the states will make. I can't believe that the government has told us for years to stop smoking and now they are encouraging people to smoke pot. I guess they really miss the tax money from the tobacco industry. Jump right in there folks and enjoy yourselves while thinking about how you are supporting your local politicians.
There are 34 million shares short. This could be a really good day for VVUS. I own VVUS and Arna and I have been waiting for people to realize how valuable these stock will be once people understand their health benefits. Can't wait to see the weight loss stories in all the magazines. Good luck to all longs.
Glad you are doing well with LGF. I first bought LGF for $15 and have bought and sold it three times so far. My gains on the three sells was approx. $30,000. I now hold 3,000 shares at an average cost of 31.25. I am becoming a big fan of buying and selling rather than just holding for the long term. I have missed out on some nice gains by selling for smaller profits but at least I didn't lose a lot of money. For example, I bought FB for $42 and sold at $50.00. Don't believe I will ever be able to get back into FB but at least I made some profit. Also bought and sold Yahoo twice for small gains and plan to get back in before the Alababa IPO. In the past I have always bought and held but I am learning that stocks always goes up and down so I am beginning to see the benefits for taking gains and buying back in when stock go down.
