They throw a big mkt order at them every time the price works down to 58.60. #rd day in a row. Not sure what to make of it but put a stop just under that...fwiw
Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: HTZ) traded higher in the after-hours session Wednesday amid news that its board may face a shake-up after Barry Rosenstein’s Jana Partners LLC filed an amended 13D with the SEC.
Jana Partners disclosed to the SEC that it “has continued to have discussions with members of the [Hertz’s] board of directors regarding management succession and board composition.
“[Jana] believes that such issues are of heightened importance following the [Hertz’s] recent announcements regarding the restatement of financial results and operational issues including with fleet management and cost controls, all of which the [Jana] believes indicate a lack of sufficient board oversight.
“[Jana] may therefore take steps to alter such board composition, subject to the outcome of [Hertz’s] previously announced management succession search.”
Hertz traded recently at $22.50, up 1.44 percent.

Never TOO old! LOL Congrats on making your first post. Sorry I get impatient with some who don't try to check things out but expect others to put everything in front of them. I get thumbs down when I try to alert them and that's the thx I get...geez!
How pathetic r u people...can't find a simple rumor? Use Google or whatever but use your brain and find things out for yourself....no wait! you're just lazy! I get it now!
Float doesn't change the companies metrics like an offering to increase shares outstanding...who cares who owns it as long they are successful. Makes it easier to get in & out!
From Neutral to Outperform: PT lowered from $16-$14 (thx alot). LT targets easily achieved, margin expansion, favorable valuation. however they also lowered rev forecast to $408M from 416M
Not seeing puts on millions of shares...in fact I see very little option activity in ICLR. Insider selling is there but they are pretty steady with their sales. Seller at $53 is now gone and up we go. We'll see where the next seller shows up.
$53 is a brick wall. Volume continues to mount at that level. Can't tell how big this seller is but getting mighty tired of them.
