I have invested in this company three times. ALL THREE I have lost money. I see these press releases time after time to see the stock tank. I love this company, have many hours researching , believe in the technology and software going back 5 years. I am out now right now and have been for the last year. It looks like they are finally putting it together with INTEL

  • And one little stock is green. Kinda makes me laugh before I through the coffee on the computer screen. Rough day. The 5 day looks good here even today.

  • they are buying EROC LRE and ROSE.... BBEP said in their Florida meeting they will buy more to help the balance sheet to buy more. They buy and increase their borrowing base. Capitulation has started. LINE and others will do the same

Do you think we will ever buy ISIS oil? More and more long term supplies .... Less money for the legitimate governments brings more war and unrest. I think the price of oil will go up also. I am thinking the Middle East will blow up and shipping threatened. No oil from the middle east will bring higher oil over hear and oil goes up. Less refined to sell. I think the shorts are about to see DOW money flow into oil a little at a time then BINGO___________________ oil will be the best play

Has to make you want more. Others are acquiring and actually helping them with more acquisitions... Bigger is better and getting assets cheap adds to the borrowing base.

This is the double bottom day. we just hit the low of last month today. Consolidation in the industry is happening. Noble buying ROSE, VNR buying LNR and EROC. BBEP has bought several independents. The big boys actually improve the bottom line buying pennies on the dollar. This one looks good for the pickings. Its a matter of time before the value is realized. We will be going up with higher oil, mergers and oil reserves are valued at an average cycle price. Before the land and asset values were up in the air. Now companies are ready to buy to increase their asset base with cheap acquisitions.

  • For the second time in the past month, Vanguard Natural Resources (NASDAQ: VNR) has announced it is snapping up a smaller upstream MLP in a unit-for-unit exchange. This time its target is Eagle Rock Energy Partners (NASDAQ: EROC), which it is buying for $614 million. The deal follows its agreement to buy LLR Energy (NYSE: LRE) last month, in a $539 million deal. In scooping up its smaller rivals, Vanguard Natural Resources is increasing its scale at a time when energy companies are realizing that scale is what matters when commodity prices are low, as it leads to lower costs.
Eagle Rock is sitting on some really valuable acreage. It's acreage that now opens up a new world of opportunities for Vanguard,
BBEP has bought several the last couple of years. These guys get bigger and better every acquisition. LRE_EROC NBL ROSE ............ Noble Energy, Inc. (NYSE:NBL) has agreed to buy the US shale producer Rosetta Resources Inc. (NASDAQ:ROSE) in an all-stock acquisition deal for a consideration of $2.1 billion. Royal Dutch Shell and BG Group deal sparked a wave of consolidation in the industry. The consolidation is natural and under way now. Now that WTI oil prices are now rebounding to $60 per barrel and the solid bid by Noble to acquire the smaller rival Rosetta will create a benchmark in the industry which is expected by analysts to help similar mergers. This REN stock is easy Pickens with this high of a book and solid net assets over the years.

  • as every one runs from the markets falling.

I have bought a couple time myself. Clearly growing your asset base in down times can make financing even easier. more collateral means better terms. I am expecting more acquisitions in the industry.

  • rchites rchites May 26, 2015 9:05 AM Flag

The stock should be turning up soon. It has traded sideways for quite a while as we get the high dividend. New buys are getting a huge dividend as it trades sideways. The industry will return to a normal trading range. Its had 4 pull backs the last 20 years . These cycles are common. The bigger the pull backs the bigger thr return and upside.

  • 85% of the stocks are owned by institutions. The banks gave them a restructure. They have a real shot at making shorts pay for being greedy right here. Any war or fields being blown up from ISIS and shorts go up with the pipelines. America will not buy ISIS oil......... The more they expand in oil territory the more these are valued.

  • rchites rchites May 26, 2015 8:50 AM Flag

I do also. The just got another restructure. Its better then people were thinking ... At 3.5 it looks good for a speculation play . Oil has been at a up trend and to many people still think its going down. The chart is clearly up. The Only fault is it spiked up with out many institutions on board. Institutions want to buy lower to get on board. THEY WERE wrong again as it spiked. NOW they are claiming doom and gloom to talk it down as the hedge fund day traders.

  • 12 low with a 14$ first step . Plenty of support at 14 and moved to the next step at 16 dollars where it looks to be ready to bounce up.
