  • PLPL -1) ) has positioned itself at the head of the class in the MJane industry. "Cannabis is one of the fastest-growing industries," said Steve Berg, a former managing director of Wells Fargo Bank and editor of the report, the second edition of the State of Legal Marijuana Markets. "Domestically, we weren't able to find any market that is growing as quickly." Former Microsoft manager Jamen Shively is hoping to build an exclusive marijuana retail chain.
“We are going to develop premier marijuana retail stores,” Shively said.
If federal officials cooperate, or at least look the other way, Shively said he wants to open 12 retail stores in Washington and another 12 in Colorado, the other state where voters legalized recreational use of marijuana in the Nov. 6, 2012, general election. CNN to FOX Business to ABC News. Dope Magazine even suggested Shively might be the "Bill Gates of Cannabis." Plandaí has its principle holdings which consist of land, farms and infrastructure, and total more than 8500 acres, in the province of Mpumalanga, South Africa. 2) DOORS opening with new grow methods , science—extraction- absorption, concentrated cannabis oil in the treatment of cancer and other illnesses, licensing agreement with Diego Pellicer, Inc. that will allow the company to use the Diego Pellicer name for its Phytofare™ cannabis extract in medical and pharmaceutical marijuana applications. Plandaí will produce the new Diego Pellicer Gold extracts in both capsules and cannabis oil (for vapor use) in Pheroid and non-Pheroid versions to appeal to the broadest range of medicinal consumers. 3) They are developing two extracts, including Phytofare Catechin Complex derived from green tea harvested in the Senteeko Tea Estate in Mpumalanga, South Africa; and Phytofare Limonoid Glycoside Complex extracted from lemons, which are sourced from plantations in South Africa. First and foremost, the results delivered in this human trial using Plandaí's Phytofare™ Catechin Complex show "proof of concept," and for investors, that proof should turn out to be no small thing when it comes to the future success of this company. (Validity). 4) TRIALS - a producer of highly bioavailable plant extracts for industries including health, wellness, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical, today announced that it has received approval from the Ethics Committee at North West University in Potchefstroom, South Africa to commence a human clinical trial to test the oral bioavailability of its Phytofare™ Catechin Complex. A) The Company anticipates that the trial will demonstrate that Phytofare™ and Phytofare™ entrapped in Pheroid® have materially significant superior bioavailability, (deliver a clinical level of plant nutrients as relatively low dosages). B) this will unlock the health potential of not only green tea but also other phytonutrients which suffer from low natural bioavailability. C) Starting on the 14th of April, the (first leg ),where the bioavailability of the comparator will be determined, is scheduled for the 11th of May. Final results from all three legs of the trial should be available in July 2014. North West University, located in Potchefstroom, South Africa, is considered one of the finest research facilities on the continent. D) "While we have exhaustively tested our Phytofare™ in several applications, including the recently concluded topical anti-aging study, the final piece for us is human bioavailability. Many phytonutrients exhibit tremendous potential in the lab for treating a host of medical and health conditions, but low oral absorption renders them ineffective when taken from the lab and into real world applications. E) Later in 2014, and pending the results of a human clinical trial for treating cold and flu symptoms, the Company will begin producing Phytofare™ Limonoid Glycoside Complex, which contains citrus bioflavonoids. F) Company ADVANTAGE- nature has provided us with most of what we need to combat everything from obesity to cancer to Alzheimer's -- we just need to improve our bodies' ability to process these nutrients. Phytofare will hopefully achieve that very thing." This is why PLPL could lead the MJ industry the bill Gates of abortion and doing more with less. G) Catechin Complex, which includes the entire catechin profile derived from live green tea that is grown and processed on the Company's 8,000 acre Senteeko estate in South Africa. Company products will be including one day in four different formulations after the clinical trials have been completed. Those formulations include; Phytofare™ Catechin Complex, a water-soluble powder, Ph2™ Topical Catechin Complex, a topical cream that has Phytofare™ nano-entrapped in Pheroid™, Ph2™ Oral Catechin Complex, a gel tab version of Phytofare™ nano-entrapped in Pheroid™, suitable for oral consumption, and Ph2™ Liquid Catechin Complex, an oral version of Phytofare™ nano-entrapped in Pheroid™ in a liquid suspension, suitable for mixing into beverages and liquid medications. 5) Targeted industries for the Company's products include food and beverage, cosmeceutical, wellness, nutraceutical, anti-aging, and pharmaceutical. These results could lead Plandaí's distribution partners to use Phytofare, Catechin Complex in wide range of cosmetic products from moisturizers to shampoos to hand and face creams among many others. The more products these distributors can put Phytofare, Catechin Complex into, the more products Plandaí can deliver to partners. 6) Pheroid, technology into simple non scientific terms. It takes our Phytofare® extracts and encapsulates them in a nano transporter. This allows our already bioavailable extracts to better reach their target area. Super digestion. 7) Do more with less- OUR technology is important because most extracts are limited and never reach their desired target -absorption is everything to medicines April with a brand new state of the art production facility that is due to be fully operational sometime this month. Plandaí recently finished the all-important Stage 2 on the Senteeko Tea Estate in South Africa. It's this section of the factory that CEO Roger Duffield says "the magic of Phytofare" takes place. .8) Led by former Piper Jaffrey analyst and mutual fund manager Rob Goldman, Goldman Small Cap Research he is on top of the industry seeing it growing ,creating and revolutionizing the old mindset and field. First, we're reviewing the various strains of cannabis and selecting one that we feel will have the best chemical profile for what we want to accomplish with the extract.
We're also working in Washington to ensure that we have live plant matter available for testing later in the year. Finally, we are engineering a CRS hydrodynamic processing and extraction system and constructing a laboratory in Washington that will make the initial extract for testing."
    9) GAME CHANGER in the fastest growing industries First step Plandaí's unique extraction process that uses live plant material grown on the tea estate and a combination of temperature and a unique wave of acoustic energy to release the living phytonutrients, rearranging the polyenes into a bio-compatible form.
Plandaí's CEO said of this process, "The magic of Phytofare involves unzipping the molecule to release the valuable phytonutrients, which we have now done for the first time on an industrial scale."
(((SCIENCE meets DEMAND and law changes - At capacity, the Senteeko facility can process 400 hectares (988 acres) of live green tea, yielding a total of eight tons of Phytofare™

do we have our own board fool? Big numbers confuse a lot of people. Maybe they can take the share price times the 500 million shares to get the market cap. I have read about the margins of MJ and getting a couple pounds from one plant. . It is harder to bash these stocks with out giving FACTS ----How many acres??? ,or pounds, at 16 oz times 350 $ and oz or 8$ a gram. The numbers are huge and it wont take long to bury a couple million market cap. If these little MJ stocks make it we should be rich

The Assembly bill, passed on a 91-to-34 vote, would allow the possession and use of up to two and a half ounces of marijuana by patients certified as seriously ill. It would permit dispensaries to deliver the drug to registered users and their caregivers in a system designed to prevent abuse or illegal uses of the drug.

A Senate version of the measure, sponsored by Diane Savino, a Staten Island Democrat, was recently approved by the Senate Health Committee. It bans homegrown marijuana and allows up to 20 manufacturers to grow marijuana indoors under tight security to prevent diversion to illegal uses.
PLPL VAPE and TAUG have rallied and continue the trend up. The cycle is about to repeat its self I hope. I have loaded and ready to enjoy the fruitions of a motivated community adopting change.

merger or partnership. They will be swallowed.

  • I would guess this is was the bottom yesterday. Today it is a matter of getting in in the morning as cheap as possible. The sector like VAPE , PLPL and others are rebounding hard. This is another keeper that could do very well. I am noticing a few of the bashers are gone and most likely long. NY medical MJ program to ban smoking, sunset in 7 years ALBANY, N.Y. - New York is poised to enact a medical MJ program that bans smoking the drug, specifies certain qualifying conditions.

The compromise on medical MJ, announced by Gov. Andrew Cuomo and other state officials this afternoon, would allow people with certain diagnoses access to MJ with vaporizers or through oils.

Its all a cycle. Its never been the worst MJ stock. The technology extraction, absorption and R&D are real. The fall out happened across the board in these stocks. They are working with tea and lemons right now and will perfect their technology. Extracting methods are needed and they have a good one. you don't need MJ as delusional as you are. Take a look at the 5 day chart. It was up 90% and a little retrace is normal and most the time necessary. I would guess with the NEWS of NY this will take on a lot more gains. Have enough shares because the future is getting clearer for you short clowns.

I think a few people took some profits going into the holiday. The volume was huge and up 22% was a good day. It was up to .7 around noon yesterday and could be the next close . Going up 100%, you would have to expect some profit taking. NOT ME. This is turning and to many people understand the licensing possibilities. I wont be left behind on this one.

Shorts are not in control and are getting weaker. They have dropped the ball here and best wake up to the FDA and different states legalizing at the last minute. The trend is to legalize and they have press pressure coming. That is why it has been at a buck for a month and not falling very much. Its regrouping and taking on longs for a lift off. I would say its forming a big base at this point.

OH I THINK we hear the fool loud and clear . From 3 to 8 was a great run. It has sold off a couple times and we are approaching resistance. We could break out to another level. I think it will happen. He might be a swing trader and buying at 6 and selling with every 20% gain. I don't think he is smart enough for that. I think he sold early and is disgruntled or one of the numerous shorts getting clobbered all the way up with out figuring it out yet.

PEOPLE ARE NOT SELLING AS IT IS SKY ROCKETING. iS THIS YOUR FIRST YEAR TRADING? I THINK THE INSTITUTIONS WILL START BUYING ALSO. You must have lost a lot of money this week with your shorts. How much? I am very happy with the run and its far from over. We are a long way from the highs. Many analyst think we are at just 5 times earnings right here for next year. Will the double hurt you?
