    Not shocked at all : Have watched it go from 6 to 5 and back to 6 in a day. I agree dilution hurt us longs in the short term. I hope it helps us long term.

    You can't blame Blair and Needham ... Codes came to them and wanted some cash. You look at the market value, at the time 340M . Figure out on 42.5M shares what = 340 M market cap and its 8 Bucks. Blair and Needham put their best clients in at effect of 9 Bucks. (prior dilution.) Were lucky its holding 8 with the market going down. Without DT announced were at 7 after this dilution. The rally was stalled by announcing they wanted to dilute the shares. And that's on Shabati. But he knows with bigger deals these companies want to deal with stronger balance sheet companies... JMO
