Looks like they beat analysists expectations by .01 cents. Comparable same store sales looks al little light at 6.4%. expecting 8 - 10%? From IBD, "We believe the U.S. market potential for Fiesta's brands could exceed 1,000 (units). Given an annual unit growth projection of 8% to 10% (mostly Pollo Tropical), we estimate a multi-decade unit growth opportunity."
I guess part of the premium is if the deal does not go through although I agree with u, looks like a good deal.

Well, this Feb., the chairman bought some share at $25. That's a comforting thought since I bought some at $22. I'm back in. I made a nice profit when I bot near the IPO and sold around $30. Just dumb luck when I sold.
