I think its a positive for SXCP. I think Mr. Market doesn't understand the positive implications for SXCP, which is understandable.
Anyway, I called Scottrade and they don't have a clue. They're still listing it as a dividend paid. Time for me to change to Fidelity
The best part of the CC IMO is when they said they're bringing more production on line in 2014
From my Scottrade year end tax statement. Looks like the NRZ spinoff is treated as a nonqualified event. Total value of the stocks that I received at the time of the spinoff seems to treated as a nonqualified dividend.
I;ve eaten there 3 times on my fl vacation. I'm sure it appeals to more than just that local pop.
food is tasty and imaginative.
I agree. As another poster pointed out, The curve looks like a sawtooth. Up 25%, down 15%, up 20%, etc, etc. It'll be a buying opportunity if it goes down another 5 or so %. If one is concerned, take a look at the quarterly report. Revenues tripled and earnings doubled. Any other material stock did that? AND it pays a handsome dividend. AND with this winter they'll be drilling at a feverish pace soon. NG
futures are at $6+
It's a screaming buy.
I would have been far better off buying SPY. Up 15% since the spinoff of NRZ, NRZ is currently down 5% (not including div/dist.)
The PR also announces that they'll issue a secondary around $38+ to partially finance the dropdown. Sooooo why did Mr Market bid up the shares if the price will drop to the $38 range in the very near future. Nobody reads the PR's ??
Maybe I'm grasping at straws but, one interesting tidbit at the CC was their mention that propane prices are worldwide and their is a warmer than usual winter in asia and europe. Seems to be a lot of balls in the air to arrive at the spreads.
In Palm Beach Gardens, lunch was packed. Dinner was empty, chicken dinner was tasty. Drinks are included in price of dinner and lunch.
I own it. Just can't figure why I own it. Really lousy stats, Negative return on equity, low cash flow, overpriced at 32 EV/EBITDA. I have it on a sell hair trigger.
