I hadn't looked at top holders recently, but TPG group reported 4.3+ million shares as of 9/30/14, which is a new holding for them. This re TPG from wikipedia:

'TPG Capital (formerly Texas Pacific Group) is one of the largest private equity investment firms globally, focused on leveraged buyout, growth capital and leveraged recapitalization investments in distressed companies and turnaround situations. TPG also manages investment funds specializing in growth capital, venture capital, public equity, and debt investments. The firm invests in a broad range of industries including consumer/retail, media and telecommunications, industrials, technology, travel/leisure and health care.

The firm was founded in 1992 by David Bonderman, James Coulter and William S. Price III. Since inception, the firm has raised more than $50 billion of investor commitments across more than 18 private equity funds.[1]"

I think they see the value in GRO vs PGW. I also see Renaissance Capital and Citadel, but those stakes are tiny by comparison.

Some strange trading behavior....volume is up and at the very end of the day, there is a spike.

If you are at all interested in GRO, I'd suggest you do a google search for "sharetrader nz pgw" and read the message board for PGW. A ton of very interesting, useful analysis of PGW, which is GRO's main asset. For example, see:
(not sure if Yahoo will allow me to post links.)

Agria at a 1 year low; PGW at a 1 year high. Seems awfully compelling. Buy GRO and get PGW at a fraction of the market value. Classic value play?

Why is October, or October 3, a 'turning point'? From a technical standpoint or because of actual news/events at PGW?
