Stated clearly that the old shef agreement epired and a new ammended shelf agreement has been put in place. Non event - except fotr the 10M preferred shared; like a poison pill. I think they are protecting their turf now. thoughts?
Makes absolute sense. Old one expired, new one in place. What is interesting is they are adobting a poison pill with the ability to issue 10M preferred shared. Folks I take it as good news. They are protecting their 35% profit sharing arrangement.
I see and predict that once we see 1000 TRx, we EXPONENTIALLY see adoption.
Some one said it best -- HOCKEY STICK trajectory!
Sanofi has lodged a hybrid application with Cheshire East Council to redevelop its Holmes Chapel site, which currently employs 320 staff and is the company's inhalation and nasal spray centre supplying markets worldwide. The site is also involved in the manufacture and supply of clinical trial materials, including clinical packaging and labelling.
Sanofi is seeking outline approval for its 2017 masterplan to facilitate planned future growth over the next five years by ensuring there is sufficient manufacturing, warehouse and laboratory space.
The proposals are set out in a hybrid design and access statement in which How Planning is listed as the agent and Jacobs Engineering is named as the design consultant.
It said: "Sanofi are currently experiencing a period of growth at their operations in Holmes Chapel with additional third-party products being manufactured under contract. In addition, a further area of growth is utilisation of its site-wide facilities to undertake research, development and manufacturing of new drug products for third-party companies.
Key is stay confident in YOUR investment. No one else here matters, if you belive the product will suceed, no matter who says what, they should NOT be able to sway your own personal decision. I for one am getting more confident by the day, albeit frustrated at the very slow uptick
I think once we get over 1000 TRx, this thing takes off... why? because the diabetic community shares it's experiences with each other and one diabetic will likely tell another one how great Afrezza works for them! It's only a matter of time.
I agree. Not that it wouldn't be wonderful, but expectations of a SNY+MNKD+GOOG partnership need to be TEMPERED SIGNIFICANTLY! The chances are that SNY would buy out Afrezza only if sales start to go up. As Al Mann himself said- "TAKE CARE of the PATIENTS!", once that happens, only then will SNY and even perhaps GOOG will look at it!
ditto. This rocket ship is about to take off and it'll happen when very few are watching.
Google has 85 percent of the market, but this isn't telling as it;s the adwords ppc pricing, You can do a google trends search, that may be better. Anyway, I have yet to meet anyone who uses yahoo (except for yahoo finance) or bing. What is a Bing ? LOL
I really do appreciate your answer. Best of luck to you and your Dad. The frustration stems from the lack of enthusiasm being shown for this life changing product. I wish Mannkind would trot out Al Mann instead of Matt and Hakkan. Both may be good at their jobs, but both are horrible at being PR people. I do understand that they are different products. We are not sure about the "deal" between Sanofi and Mannkind, but Sanofi is really not trying hard enough, at least it doesn't seem to look like it as of late and the proof is in the dismal and I mean dismal script numbers.
I am not denying they are up against significant presure from a who lot of people, What I am NOT understanding is Sanofi doesn't seem to have a problem pushing Toujeo, promoting Toujeo; neither do they have a problem advertizing that product.
Afrezza on the other hand is hardly being advertized, people aren't even aware of it and hence low sales. Sanofi doesn't even mention it in their conference CALL!!!
What is EXTREMELY disappointing is that they spent 10 years developing and getting approval for a product that they have now spent almost a year and a half trying to get it in the hands of diabetics and TODAY, more than 95% of the diabetics or their doctors don't even know it exists !!!!
