    just going through my list of questions for the CC to send out to the few, the proud!

    reviewing just how many previous CC future business mega deals that were hinted at or passively announced but never captured, this company should have people behind bars IMHO

    SEC has turned a blind eye to the obvious gamesmanship on Lrad's admin part of leading people to think that something major is just around the corner so many times and not delivered.

    Helwoods own words come to mind "A new sucker comes along everyday to buy my stock, what do I care about the shareholders? go ahead and sell your stock the next sucker will just buy it up, I don't make products to sell ! I make shares to sell"

    Looks like he taught BrownEye well and ya'll just handed him your cash, and continue to let him take from you.

    you guys been drinking to much koolaid again, no Lrad product will have any effect against a bomb wrapped and assault weapon holding terrorist hell bent on killing with the final objective to off himself in a giant splatter of C4 and nail belts in a crowd!

    yes there may be some opportunity here for after the event as crowd control but as a deterrent to the event? please, the Somali's proved that in 2005-2008

    Lrad is nothing more than a loud speaker, and this company painted itself into a corner with no other junk to sell and now with competition every direction it is losing the battle in the marketplace.

    let it never be stated Realitycheckman ever choco dips the facts!

    Ask Lrad about the big sales opportunities they squandered over the past two years?
    Ask Lrad about the Army deal just around the corner?
    Ask Lrad about the lost cause roll out of the new 360 degree junk?

    fjb no hard feelings and sorry that you feel that way about me, truth is you and I and only a hanful of others have been here since the early-mid 2000's and while we may not agree on everything or even most things, we both made money and lost money on old elwwod and his fictitious lies!

    Let the past go, I did, and am better for it.

    I call it like it is, and if that is a cr_p sandwich for some then I'm sorry but I make my dough on trade not on parkplace.

    Sold a ton of this junk stock over the past two years and did pretty well, but i have to admit I'm in the shares at a much lower rate than most on this board.

    Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
    On October 16, 2015, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of LRAD Corporation (the "Company") approved an incentive bonus plan for fiscal year 2016 for all of the Company's employees, including its executive officers. Target bonus amounts vary based on a fixed percentage of the employee's base salary, which percentage equals 50% of base salary for executive officers and 10% to 50% of base salary of other employees depending on their level of responsibility. A bonus payment will be made at three levels, including at 50% of target, at 100% of target and at 200% of target, based upon the achievement by the Company of specified earnings per share goals established by the Compensation Committee. For purposes of the earnings per share calculation, the number of shares outstanding will be held constant as of October 1, 2015. All of the Company's employees will be entitled to participate in the incentive plan.
