  • Forfivo XL sales royalties alone will be paying all the bills real soon.

Forfivo XL sales royalties will be paying all the bills for the next 3 years.

The multiple 7 figure milestones Forfivo XL is generating and will continue
generating moving forward is pretty much and will be pretty much pure
    clean profit.

RIZAPORT sales in Europe and the USA starting as early as end of this
year will be piling-on to a pure black balance sheet.

20 months after RIZAPORT starts printing money PAR's Suboxone
VersaFilm(TM) blockbuster will disrupt a massively growing market
looking for a generic film strip. PAR and IntelGenx will make a small
fortune on this product. IntelGenx balance sheet will be the darkest
of black long before we see this money maker.

And then the other 7 drugs, about 2 a year hitting the market.

Cash Cow. Printing Money. Exponential Growth.

I realize we will be spending more money on new personnel and
facilities moving forward, but what I present above is a broad strokes
abstract to illustrate the company crossing over into the promised
    land of deep, dark profits.

In the next 18 to 24 months this stock will be a breeding ground for
a whole bunch of newly minted millionaires (or, Hundred
    Thousandaires, lol).

Just speculation and opinion. I hope everyone makes
a great deal of money with their investment here.

    Correction, ......I re-read the 2012 and 2013
year end reports, not the "2014" yearly report!!!

If I had clairvoyance regarding reading the 2014 yearly
report prior to the company actually composing it,......

itsa, an additional analyst initiating coverage
on IntelGenx IGXT would be a very big deal,
    in my opinion.

I wish Aegis would re-establish coverage also.
They had a strong buy and $3.00 target primarily
based on 45O alone 2 years ago.

Forfivo XL is where Aegis had projected we would be,
    but one year late.

Stock price is presently stuck where it deserved to be
    30 months ago.

We should be $1.50 now looking to capture $2.00.

    But oh well, .......parity soon!

every1, -I have read a thousand items on this company
and dam if I can direct you to a proper page!

I reread 2014 and 2013 yearly reports tonight for fun and
there is mention of Edgemonts 4 million in "launch milestones"
as well as an "additional" 23.5 million in sales milestones
available. But, now we must consider Edgemonts recent
7 figure "exclusivity" payment as well as other built-in
triggers we may have already hit.

We will know so much more in a matter of days now.

There was a poster many months ago who posted some
info on Edgemont details but I have not looked for his post.

    patricktully may have the particulars.

I will look further as so I know the exacts myself.

I do know this, -Horst took great criticism's for his Edgemont
deal as in him being "too greedy" with his terms.

Now that Forfivo XL sales have excelled and has excited
Edgemont,-it would appear to me that Horst's negotiations
have proven to be "most excellent and profitable".

micro-cap with no debt, no need to raise operating
capital, cash flow positive and turning to profitability
on their first approved drug. Another 10 drugs in
development and 18% insider ownership on a
relatively low float equity equates into "hidden gem"
status as far as I'm concerned.

every1justgetalong, -we will be substantially wealthier
by the time the holidays roll-around.

I believe I will be the wealthiest I've ever been come
    this Thanksgiving.

Great Luck to You and HAVE FUN!

  • ~cash flow positive turning to profitability on IntelGenx'
first approved drug, Forfivo XL, the only 450mg once-
a-day Welbutrin product on the market.

Edgemont just gave us a 7 figure exclusivity payment to
market the drug for the next 3 years in the USA.

Edgemont increased it's sales force threefold ahead-of-
schedule in the middle of December due to market acceptance
and sales success of the product.

Did I mention tiered royalties and 7 figure sales milestones?
....well, there's another 22 million up for grabs from Edgemont
in sales milestones alone from my precision calculations, lol.

7 other partnered drugs (3 drug projects w/ PAR alone) pushing
steadily up the pipeline with 2 partnered drugs deep into their
FDA and MAA reviews. .......did I mention development milestones?

We are already about 2/3rds of the way through the 1st quarter
of 2015. We will be selling RIZAPORT in Europe and then the
    USA before you know it.

    The heavy lifting is over.

    Thank you Horst and Team.

  • People be-outching about paint solidifying and soiled
expectations while the stock chart shows spectacular
percentage gains and strong accumulation for the last
    4 months.

Creating wealth from a speculation play is actually very
similar to going broke, -it's a long slow process then

    Moral of story:

Horst is going to make us rich~

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • +20M in Forfivo XL sales in 2015 generates how many
    millions in milestones for IntelGenx?

All I know is there is or was about 23M in additional sales
milestones and percentage thresholds available to IntelGenx
if sales met top-end best-case projections.

Seems to me that Forfivo XL is quickly becoming a very
significant success for the company as well as for Edgemont.

Bodes very well for IntelGenx and it's many partners regarding
the other 10+ drugs in development.

Many, many good things happening right now.

    VP of Manufacturing, new.

    VP of Sales next?

Cash flow positive and profitability on the threshold with
10 more drugs moving towards ultimate approval and sales.

pat, -it does say on the updated presentation
that when they received "acceptance" for their
ANDA filing, which has a check-mark next to it,
that it triggered a milestone payment from PAR.

This is separate/different from the Edgemont
    exclusivity payments, obviously.

Plus we have advanced PAR's 2 undisclosed
    VersaFilm projects up the pipeline.

I think we will see a couple milestones from
PAR and perhaps DAVA also that is not on
    anybody's expectations list.

Regardless, I am very excited to see/hear
    the year-end report.

  • .........makes a significant difference to my (our) account(s).

We are up +90% from our .34 low on Nov.10

Up 90% in just a tad more than 3 months.

We are about 12 trading days away from a very important
    year-end report and company up-date.

Where will IGXT be in 3 months from now?

    fun times coming people~

It would bore you. 1/2 my money sits in a basket
of bluechips and tax advantaged stuff like BFZ and

The other half of my money is sitting here in IGXT
    $320,000.00 carries 560,000 shares of IGXT @ .565

I usually have more than one spec play but IGXT presented
such excellent values when it sunk into the 40's and below
that I went all in with my cash.

Regarding short sellers, they are no concern for me here
outside of creating trade opportunities after price spikes,
at which time they as well as the bashers work for me and
    other traders, if-you-get what I'm say'n

    Great Luck!

absolutely. Horst may desire to actually become
the next Biovail like Cleland said eighteen months
ago. I think it was biovail, I forget. ..and I think
it was Cleland, I forget that also!! lol

Maybe all of us are thinking too small.

I wish I knew what Campanelli is thinking when it
comes to the subject of IntelGenx and our mutual
    relationship in the future.

    Exciting times coming!

zz, .....much stranger things have happened regarding
how sharply and how quickly a stock can move once it

We are going to have a lot of fun.

It's going to be hard for Horst to sell the company
now that it's moving in to the green pastures of profits.
    Unless it's for a King's Ransom.

Horst knows the company is going to basically double
in value each and every year moving forward on simple
earnings-per-share valuations. Where is he and Ingrid
going to get that kind of roi on what is now just a paltry
$5.76M worth of stock? (.64 a share! Laughable!)

9 million shares of IGXT for $50M would probably not even
temp them now. Especially with what's coming up the pipe.

  • ~then yes, IntelGenx will enjoy another profitable

We supposedly were to receive a 7 figure exclusivity
payment from Edgemont that was to be recorded in
Q414 and Q115. I have no idea of the split. We will
know the facts/truth in 3 weeks.

IntelGenx enjoyed it's first profitable quarter in q313
I believe. The info's on the company's website.

    I wager q415 was profitable. But I don't know.

Here's what I do know though:

In 2015 IntelGenx get's true discovery within the investment
community as well as the pharmaceutical community. Which
equates into many of us early birds getting wealthy.

I believe H.C. Wainwright was looking for 3100 scripts
    for December.

Forfivo XL sold about 366 more scripts for the month
than what Wainwright had projected. That represents
about a 16% sales beat for the month.

That was with 10 sales reps pitching the product.

45O now in 30 bags baby, triple the sales force from
    last quarters push.

    2015 Baby!

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • The only single dose 450mg Welbutrin product on the market.

    Forfivo XL gaining great traction.

Having 30 representative's carrying our drug instead of just the
10 rep's that have been soliciting 45O will obviously provide a
huge boost to sales. Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives
desire to carry exclusive products such as ours, makes the sell
a hell of a lot easier to pitch. Regarding 45O being a high priced
product you say?, ....all the better. Sales people work on
commission. The bigger the sell, the bigger the pitch, the
    bigger the pay.

I've always said that Forfivo XL was going to be a success due
to the one simple desire of "patient compliance". Three a day or
one and done? Doctors want their patients to comply, -it saves lives.

Their (patients) paying the price with little hesitation it appears.

Horst is proving all naysayers so very wrong.....

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • I believe he is "new?"

Please correct me if I am wrong about this! I want to
    assume nothing.

John's name is on the newly updated investors presentation
as igxtnow notified us about. If I am not mistaken John is a new
addition to the management team on slide 21 on the corporate

Also, on slide 19 titled Operational Initiatives, the third bullet point
"Eliminate dependency on 3rd party manufacturing partners" is high
lighted with bold italic print. And now a new manufacturing vp.

    Exciting as hell.

    Oh Canada.........

~now, Paul Campanelli and Horst have no doubt
had a few conversations regarding this issue in the
    last year and a half.

I speculate Horst also strategized this possibility when
they let Khosla go. Would not surprise me if Horst sought
a little informal consul with Campanelli during that time

I speculate Horst believes the company is worth much
more now than even 4.50 due to the fact he knows the
value of the other 10 pipelined drugs in just a few short

Horst might believe this is a $20 stock in 5 years. And
he's probably starting to actually have a "lot of fun" now
that his baby is about to start walking!!

    Best to you!
