Seeing how the stock traded in the 55-57 area all day isn't it possible that most of these shares got covered already?
Also could the catalyst have been Don Bailey's selling a couple days ago?
The CEO doesn't control this company. Control of it rests in the hands of the board of directors and they are the ones that decide such things.
Currently the board is a bunch of directors that have been brought on board by both Carl Icahn and Mason Hawkins. So guess who actually will decide important issues.
Rest assured that if the right offer comes along this company is sold.
If the right offer is made this company is gone.
Key comment here is ""right offer"".
Personally, I don't think this will be the last one so get ready to buy some cheap stock if they hit it again.
I know that I am.
I don't get why you don't post what you think is critical here for all of us to read.
I wish you would.
