    Well, Duh, that is how you make money in micro caps. Milk it for all its worth and then split. Perfectly legal. Only way to judge if its a scam is to look at the product; and the company did not have any product that made sense in today's world. A copper wire is not a product. A hardware anything in electronics today is not a product unless fiber. As stated numerous times, what the company was "selling" made absolutely no sense in today's electronic world. But a bunch of board participants who evidently did not have EE degrees nor experience kept pushing their ignorance right to the edge of reality.

    Penny stock and other gamblers. Some programs just sweep bankrupt stocks regardless of merit. One out of probably 200 will have more than enough liquidated assets to pay off common shareholders. This will not be the case for TXCC which really has no assets of any value. Plus the lawsuits will likely delay bankrupt settlement for several years to come. So most likely automated bottom feeding programs.
