You sound bitter,
Given that extensive rant, surely you have sold?
If not, are you feeling uneasy about your decision, or are you just trying to convince yourself you made the right decision and want others to confirm?
Why do you think I have the answers to all those questions?
You have previously said you were at the meeting last March.
I suggest you ask management those questions.
If you think the company will be broke at the end of Feb, then what you should do should be clear, shouldn't it?
It's goes much higher than that.

Speaking of valuation, given all of the shorting and illegal naked shorting, it would not surprise me to see Archer Pharmaceuticals make an offer to buy RCPI.
As a shareholder, I would have no problem voting my shares to approve a merger with Archer.
WARNING – the shorts won’t like this but …
did anyone listen to the Fiona Crawford radio broadcast?
If not, it was an extremely interesting discussion about Alzheimer’s and the linkage to inflamation/TBI.
A link to this radio broadcast can be found over at the Hub, or you can also google - Crawford WSRQ Radio and look for the Salt & Light Radio Feb 7th 2015 broadcast.
At the very end of that radio broadcast, Fiona Crawford says -
“We have a LOT of interesting compounds at the institute which look MORE POTENT than the drug we have in Europe....“
Given prior presentations Fiona Crawford has made on TBI, anatabine, and inflamation, is there any doubt one of the other “interesting compounds” is anatabloc, or perhaps a time release version of anatabloc?
It appears Dr Mullan must think that Time Release is an important variable, otherwise why structure the CTA phase One trial the way the company did?
This is an important variable to Phase One testing imo.
The shorts have spent all day fear mongering about the company seeking authorization of a R/S, and trying to say that everyone knows anatabloc is safe but it won’t help things like muscle soreness after running to the donut shop, …on, and on and on…
How is muscle soreness related to the medical issues the company is pursuing?
It should be obvious what the shorts are up to, spending 24/7 on this board.
The press release you cited answers your questions.
Phase one is more than just safety. It is obviously directed at finding an optimum time release formulation which will obviously roll over into Phase 2 testing.
I think the Clincial Trials are what is important, not some SHORT spin about R/S.
"The Company’s Phase I trial is comprised of a three-part study to determine the pharmacokinetic profiles of selected modified release formulation prototypes.."
Nice to see the short was finally forced to acknowledge Phase One is more than a safety study.
I wonder why Dr Mullan is doing modified release studies?
"I know it's safe (at least for me) because I took it for awhile"
What ailment were you trying to solve, or were you just popping pills?
a R/S amount is ultimately decided?
Shorts are already conceding...
"the only trial is a Phase 1 safety trial which will tell everybody what they already known ...that its safe."
Doesn't that mean before a R/S amount is ultimately decided that Phase Two could be underway?
Shorts don't want to answer this.
Is that what the SEC filings says, or are you lying again?
Do all sailor's LIE?
What I read was no more LOAN money unless the company re-prices previous warrants.
