I hope it won't take that long and doubt it will. Per you post: Biglari has already file activist docs. I don't think they'd park that much money and wait four years to glean benefit from it. Air-T is acquiring. Interesting to see what will happen if Swanson get control of Biglari board. Hmmmmm
Thanks. Good to know. Part might be right: the notice provider might have screwed up.
My broker, TD Ameritrade has not receivede any documents from CONX since the December special meeting. Seems like these docs were not sent out. Did anyone receive these docs?
I too never received the stipulation mailing. Will contact my broker today as well.
Have you tried contacing REED's and ask what's going on? If not, try it. They have always been very responsive to me.
Good question. I'm wondering the same. I can only assume that the two big guys who purchased more than 2.5 million shares at the end of the year in the high $3's and low $4's aren't walking away from this yet see SEC filings. The volumn has been too low to signal a sell off by them. Add to this the AirT purchases, and it appears something is up. I suspect we see an attempted hostile take over after 4 quarter CC - which shuld be next week. I'm holding on, despite the frustration. GLTAL.
Sorry. Thumbs down was not meant for you. It was meant for netprophecy. Wish I couyld remover it. I totally agree with all you posted. Good job. Again: apologies.
Thanks Key. Don't know what we'd do without you. Nice to see an upward projectory. I think there is a mistake above. Last week's TRx -- per your email - should be 8508. Hence the 11.8% increase. Stay warm.
Good link. Thanks. I missed this. Seems little ISIG is caught in the middle of a p-ing contest. Interesting. I have my seat belt
fastened and am ready for an interesting ride. Don't know what they are doing about this. Will hopefully know more before CC. BTW: At one point there was talk of ISIG going private becasue it was too small to be public. Another poster has implied someone has a keen interest in acquiring. All just hearsay at this point.
On 12/5, the same day Biglari became a beneficial owner of ISIG, it also became a benfiticial owner of AirT. In both cases the pps took off, and in both cases the pps has since retraced. Judging from AIRT's most recent 8k, the relationship does not appear amiciable. So the question is: Who is interested in who? Despite the last three days drop in pps, it appears this could get very interest. Some interesting posts on the AIRT message board.
