Down 10% today & people filing through the exits......It's logical to assume that this awesome management team will artificially prop up the PPS with a R/S after a delistment warning is received. RIP
IMO it should also go back down to $1 or under rather soon. From a time frame perspective anyone know how soon they can do another R/S split to artificially inflate the PPS?
Amen to that. Have monitored this one for a while. Initiated a decent sized initial position today.
is a good sign? How low will it go tomorrow? . LOL & RIP
ONLY a gold mine for management/ insiders. BK unlikely as they will continue to dilute with additional offerings when needed.
Whoops... meant CYTX. OK pumpers, let's first see what happens next week and then the next 30 days to see if I'm right. Also understand that mgt. doesn't give a #$%$ about common shareholders. They can easily R/S without batting an eye.
1- Next week & unless the pps goes over $1.00, CYTR will probably release acknowledgement of yet another delisting notice.
2- The last 10/31/14 delist notice caused the pps to trade as low as another 32% within the next 30 days of receipt.
3- Assuming the current price of .66 holds next week when the delist notice is received, the pps may very get drop into the 40 cent range or back into 30 cent range like last time. Not pretty.
Rest in Peace.
It may go much lower. Tremendous losses, tremendous debt, & declining revenues are not an indicator of PPS growth for common shareholders. This elephant may very well be a candidate for eventual CH11 BK.
Unfortunately shareholders are the blindfolded sucker pawns in all this. It stinks. I wonder if we are also in store for a R/S based based on long it says under a buck? They don't care.
Very true as management is horrible and self serving. I'm thinking that some of that new money designated as "working capital" will probably go into their pockets as raises, bonuses? As bad management, dead money here. Better spent elsewhere. JMHO GLTA
The lawyers will get a cut, indeed. It's for the big $$$ they get. You do realize that shareholders typically only get pennies while the lawyers reap the rich rewards? Hey I'm #$%$ off too but this is not the way to my money back! Think!! JMHO
