Shows he's not in control of the MLP arena like he thinks he should or wants to be. Of course his clients are losing money right now. Do they cover any other areas or just MLP's.
Hows it feel Kevy. With the troubles in Iraq helping oil prices. In all in.
Yes and no. they will be paying up but the running rates are so low, its like a tenth of a percent or some low ball percentage, Not much money here with the Chinese at all.
Hedge eye can only yell "fire" so many times. Its beginning to wear off.
With Line he didn't like the way they accounted for things, but they were doing it GAAP correct.
cost them 1 billion in additional acquisition costs. With KM, Capital versus expensing items.
KM took a slight hit, with earnings showing steady growth, and distributions increasing. Market loves KM, and blew the kid off.
The kid needs to feel important.
Look what he did to Zone. Market punishes when there is no growth and its been struggling for years with that issue. Your right, you don't have to worry about amazon, its a tough business to be in. If you were to ask Zone if they would be interested they would say no. Don't want the headache of faulty repairs and liability. Hey at least they are consistent. Same ol' story. I thought the HR choice was funny, Retail is one thing, automotive retail is a whole different animal. Joined a couple of car clubs, LOL
With the recent downturn in the banking sector, TRST is moving to lower prices. There wasn't a reason for the stock to hit 7, no BIG earnings movement etc., other than Maria thinking its a great company and it should go up. It was, and is a byproduct of market sentiment. Mark up, TRST up, market down.........
Sell if you have a profit. buy back a lower prices. OMG I didn't reference Collins park or the dumpster.
Incredible buys out there and more to come. A 5% div is nice, at 3.90% there are better plays, especially in the MLP area. JPM has a nice dividend and with the recent price drop has upside potential. Market sentiment is negative, but it can turn on a dime.
He has an excellent reputation and credentials. VRNG is bringing in the relief pitcher, bottom of the 9th, to finish the game. Goog's appeal was based on the premise the patents were invalid. PTO ruled they were valid. Goog had to change their appeal documents, but were not allowed to add anything else, but delete the invalidity claims. Re was not involved in the first trial. It will be interesting to see the laches ruling. I expect a lower share price up to the appeals trial but I'm in it till the roulette wheel stops. good luck to all whether your long or short.
Yes, Kaiser went to Princeton. Studied economics. All the kids who majored in other subjects took a few courses in economics so they could get jobs on wall street. Wall street wanted them because of daddy's money. Econ wasn't that tough. They must know each other or meet at the Princeton reunions. BFD. Kaiser move on, go get laid.
Yeah but LINE's stock price still hasn't recovered to previous levels. I looked at it as a buying opportunity. Management at KMP/KMI is outstanding and with their strategic acquisitions nothing but growth to come. If Hedgeye was so great why didn't they see the BWP problem.
Barron's fails to disclose that Kaiser works for a company that recommends shorting stocks( over valued companies) and failed in a previous attempt to disparage the company. And at a stockholders meeting all the Princeton kid could do when it was his turn to ask questions was stutter. They are looking for another weakness and are using the issuance of additional units to attack. Same scenario what they did to LINE
Lots of negative articles by Barrons to try and drive it down.
I like the company, I like the growth potential, I like the prospects of the industry, I love the dividend.
Kinder is looking 10-15 years out and implementing that game plan. I like it.
I like the idea of buying tankers, thinking outside the box. What else can we get into, Oil service companies and suppliers, if they can make money at it, they will be in it.
If the price drops i'm buying tons.
He messed with the wrong company. Line was in a compromising position with the acquisition and they attacked. KMI is much stronger. Trying to change the rules when he thinks they should be changed to benefit him. Thanks for the cheap shares Kev. See you at the Princeton hockey games Kev? During the periods you can shoot the puck from the red line. Whats the next company you think is not conforming to your rules?
Sentiment: Strong Buy
This guy should be fired. This is the second time he has embarrassed the company. Looks like he cant handle the stress. Where are the board of directors? Do they think this is funny?
I guess he's wondering about his stock options.
and don't forget Tyco/ADT and all others. Im Sure Vringo is just waiting to pull the trigger on many other lawsuits including another Google lawsuit. Others will settle before litigation. Momo is on our side now. Big win for them.
Yes I also agree, 1 year out 19-20 range, business really sucks right now and its more survival mode than anything else. Holiday season is basically written off. Sell what you can, heavy discounting, clear out the inventory and bring in the spring stuff. Im expecting a small dip. come on Asia........... Everyone is down, plus they lost 1 week of the holiday season this year versus last year.
