skrewed - you do realize he/she is only "Stirrin da pot" - - - - - I also thought he/she had genuine concerns or input - - - but it only took 4-5 posts and you'll see he/she is just another MzKelli - - - -
You can call it beginner's luck that I bought in the $6 range?
Well - we have a minimum of three possibilities - - - - - - - You bought in the 6$ range but appeared on the board when it was in the 8 dollar range - - - -
1. You're a liar
2. You were using your other ID when you bought the stock
3. Or you're just lonely and this is the best social interaction in your life
Personally - I'm going with option 4 - - - - - - "All of the above"
annnnnnnd since your posts serve no real purpose you may continue to post to the rest of the posters that fit that category - - - - in other words, you're just a waste of my time.
Mess - - - - I think we've located the new board idiot -------------------- - - as if there ever was a shortage ????
This thing will go to $20 by Easter
Wow -- - - - perhaps you would like to wow and amaze the board with your insight as to what fundamental is going to change to more than double the PPS by then - - - - sales going to 25 billion??? Margins to 60%??? Debt fairy waving her wand over GS loans ????? - - - -
Cramer doesn't care about you. He just wants you to dump your shares so he can buy them for DIRT CHEAP & make money hand over fist.
Yup - Cramer buys ALL of everyone's stock that isn't going the way they want it to - - - - - - - then he sells it to Warren B and then Bill Gates comes along and takes it all off their hands
We believe *wink wink*
Ahhhhh - the "Hype and Hope" theory of investment - - - - - well, GL, there's always a first time for it to work
I'm Here lil Biotch retay , Waiting for Black Friday/Cyber Monday.
Sorry - I was confused - - - you said you were waiting on "Back to School" - then what was it? oh, yeah - 3rd quarter - - - now it's Black Friday - next it'll be EOY - - - - - - - - but you keep waiting, I'm betting you're going to get everything you deserve .
Shorts are out in full force today LMAO
Statements like that are a red flag for a ROOKIE -
You shorts are pathetic.
Apparently you don't read any better than you listen - - - - I'm sorry you're losing yourbutt, however you were warned - - - - - and that explosion you're waiting for - - - - well it may have just blown up - - - Cramer is going to save your position ?????? Get real ????? Would you care to tell the WHOLE board exactly how Cramer is going to save you today ????? - - - you see, Cramer is just a talking head - - - - - an annoying talking head, but still just a talking head !!!
I think shareholders should do their part and keep an eye out for thieves when they're at a JCP.
Ok - I'll bite - - - you're a shareholder, you see a shoplifter - - - what are you going to do??? - - - tell the 98 lb part-time sales clerk - - call the police - - do you know the legalities of what and when and how you may detain a shoplifter(and the dangers/liabilities) - - - I've got a ton of questions
On the surface your suggestion sounds like a no brainer - - - acting on it just might mean "no brains"
That's a pretty hard thing to do for a woman that requires 900 bucks for makeup - - - - - - I was just wondering if she noticed this is pretty much back to where I sold last Friday - - - - - guess I was a little closer than her 15-16 dollar call - - - - and also pretty well nailed the 30% margin - - - gee maybe she should try another line of work - - - - - is there much of a call for "ballast"?
Any manager in retail will tell you that "Customer Service" is the best defense.
Ditto - - - when they did returns in the departments, people didn't even leave the store to make a return - - - they just picked up the item and returned it while they were still in the store - - - - no one watching them just made it so easy - - - -
Some day when I have time I'll relate a particularly interesting store of "Amish" people traveling across country returning goods in a rehabbed school bus filled with JCP and WMT merchandise - - - all with the tags and tickets very carefully removed - - they purchased them by the carton from "back of the van" wholesalers - - - JCP merchandise was by far the most available.
Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong but I'm calling "Bogus" to the lack of sensors being the cause of the "newly discovered "Shrinkage" problem from employee theft - - - - - - - the sensor tags are generally applied to merchandise on the floor to prevent "Customers" from walking out with merchandise - - - - - - employees generally don't use the front door to remove their items. - - - - - -
How much did you lose bro?
Nothing worth anything - - - just his mind !
I haven't seen it but my wife did and thought it was funny enough to bring it to my attention - - - - - but as you noted - - - it's sad when the only thing you think is positive is something negative about a competitor.
I learned a long time ago - - - in retail, you damage yourself far more with negative comments about a competitor - - - better to say nothing at all - - - it's ok to compete but libel/slander isn't competing
But first I don't believe JCP will increase sales a lot.
Going through the 8-K it seems the inventory level is too high for the sales level they're projecting - - it seems to be 3-500K too high - - check the levels they were carrying before Ackman/RJ came on the scene and sales were 17 billion with margins of 35-37% - - - - - they're going to have to discount the heck out of it - - - which will do nothing to increase margins - - - sales without margins aren't sales - - - - - put your pencil to it and see what you come up with ------ reorg is off the table, at least for the next few quarters, but I see nothing that changed enough to make one become a raging bull - - -
"Net loss, however, widened ..... -$1.81 per share"
jersitech4sure Nov. 19, 2003 - - -To hit street estimates of -1.69Sh...they have to lose over $3share in Q3 to be in that range. I don't see how that is possible.
Apparently there's a lot you don't see - - - -
on a side note - - - sitting at 9.30 I don't think there's too many shorts doing anything but yawning !!!
They might not want to come around any more after saying sell at $6.50. pride will make them move along ,
You're FOS - - - the only sell advice you got at 6 was from voices only you can hear - - - - and sorry to bust your bubble - - - sold everything Friday at 9 - - - I'll still be here no matter what - - - - you won't be - - - - - your type never stays - - -
Management is not buying stock because they know a tidal wave of dilution is a strong possibility.
I could understand that as a reason for them not buying now - - - but I don't think they knew dilution was a possibility when MU took over - - - I think they had other reasons for avoiding taking a position in the common - - - - - if I were turning around a company, I can't think of a better signal than to point at my purchase and state "See, that's how much I believe" - would be a huge vote of confidence - - - - - - - I think their lack of such a purchase makes an even bigger statement.
