Yes topgun, please illuminate the many successes of Watson and how it is increased revenue? Eh, remember, revenues losses for 11 quarters and that is post Watson-Jeopardy.
Ok, show us the link for your 10000 employee count or post your spreadsheet, obviously you did the math, or meth, to come up with that number. SHILL.
Article on the summary page indicates that StockDumper MIKE LAWRIE is set to run both split halves of CSC at the same time. #$%$? This means that a split CSC will have the same screwed management practice at the top so it if fair to ask ... WHAT WILL CHANGE? Nothing in my opinion, except Lawrie gets to sell two packs of stock when he wants to instead of one pack.
They will never can her. Her skin color for one, her sex for two and she has a tight relationshuip with THE ONE in Washington DC so she is well connected for three. Nope, never going to fire her.
Dead weight, like deadwood, the key words of a living SHILL. Why don't you go to the IBM board and post there too, Ginny is dumping tons of experienced staff.
I do not know about DGalbers but CSC promised all at AON a glorious future in 2004 and overbilled Aon $200 million so, to save the all important contract, fired 140 of us just like that. So, no, I hate them with reason and the vaunted PROCESSES they put in place were awful and all at Aon hate the firm. So what is there to like?
What success with Watson??? It is not a big revenue enhancement and the big news today seems to be that IBM is investing in an APP. WHAT??? Is that ALL the once giant BIG BLUE can do, invest in a freaking APP?? I remember when IBM had swagger, and rode the world. Now, just an app. So sad.
Quite true, the sales force must be on major meds right now, explaining this split to clients is a major track killer for ongoing negotiations.
Probably just as much of a winner as ACS was. HAHAHAHA. Please note the CSC is splitting itself into two parts, maybe the same for Xerox if the strategy fits. ACS is nothing compared to CSC and that is saying not much about either firm. Both stink.
Ah this shills on this board will go crazy now. Yellowsubmarine in particular who sees nothing EVER wrong at CSC. I have one of those on the IBM board too. CSC, like Big Blue, is late to the cloud game and contracts are NOT coming in. Again, how many announcements have we seen for new deals? Answer me that. None, nothing since VF about a year back. So how will the smaller, learner two CSCs survive?
Lessee, are there any new private sector wins? Aside from VF CORP a long time ago, have not seen anything on the news links. Any new public sector? Also quiet. That means the sales pipeline is empty or near empty. That does not bode well for earnings and revenue.
Glad to see you hear Garce, how long before this message board goes to hell with spam and political posts? Microsoft and GE are both toast.
Spammers and political posts here, as bad as the GE board which is totally ransacked for anything BUT a business or financial discussion. Yahoo does nothing.
