I can absolutely guarantee you there is no flip flop in the works relative to my position on FVE. I'm strictly performance based and FVE's Q1 report was very disappointing to me, I would only change from strong sell to strong buy if I incorrectly predicted what is to come in the way of future quarterly performances. I've mentioned over and over again here that I see no way in which CEO Bruce Mackey and team will be able to show the type of results that will attract investor attention.

CEO Bruce Mackey and team are now on notice with shareholders and potential shareholders. Show us occupancy rate improvement and do it in a meaningful and consistent manner from quarter to quarter and year to year. We will be watching closely the results you put together once your Q2/2013 report is issued at the end of July.

Sentiment: Strong Sell
If CEO Bruce Mackey and team can quickly resolve the issue of occupany rate improvement, I would be very happy to change my outlook on FVE from "strong sell" to "strong Buy". I simply don't believe they can do it given my perception of a slowing U.S. economy as we head toward the second half of 2013 and into 2014. With that said, I wish them all the luck in the world as they tackle this troubling shareholder issue. I will be watching for significantly better performance on this matter once the Q2/2013 report is released at the end of July. If that should happen, I would commit heavily once again to an investment in FVE stock.

The U.S. economy is headed for slower growth in the second half of 2013 and into 2014. In my opinion, this is not the time to be buying FVE.

The late "up" rally on increased volume in the last half hour of todays (Wedneday's) trading session certainly has me completely befudled. And finishing on a positive note for the session on a down day in the general market goes counter to my current instinct which is to sell these shares and to turn them into cash. This should not be happening and that concerns me. I consider any buying activity at this time to be extremely reckless and inappropriate given my on going negative predictions for FVE through 2014.

Sentiment: Strong Sell
Careful out there, folks. Don't expect CEO Bruce Mackey and team to fix the issue of occupancy in one quarter. Its not going to happen. The slowing U.S. economy in the second half of 2013 will bring a further decline to these shares and I don't see share price recovery happening until well into 2014. .

Again and to reinterate my primary message here, it makes little sense for you to invest in FVE at this time the way I see it without knowing "if" the company can raise their occupancy rate in a meaningful and consistent manner. I contend this is going to be a very, very big challenge if the U.S. economy slows down in the second half of 2013 as I've predicted. Although some of you don't like my warning here which is fully understandable, I think this chatboard is in full agreement that what is holding back a share price rise in FVE is the issue of "occupancy rate improvement". Without that in place, FVE;s share price will continue to be under pressure and will gradually slip down in value into the $3.00 to $4.00 range where it will stagnate until such time there is clear and decisive improvement with occupancy. I'm putting some things together that will underscore my concern for the U.S. economy in the second half of 2013 and I hope to relay those concerns to you starting tomorrow. Meanwhile, know that buying into FVE at this time involves very high risk relative to potential loss of your capital investment.

Let me give you some real good advice. Don't even think about buying FVE until occupancy rates improve on a quarter to quarter and year to year basis. That feat is going to be very difficult in my opinion as the U.S. economy goes through a cooling off process during the second half of 2013 and into 2014. Again and not to be redunant, I look for FVE's share price to decline quarter to quarter through this period. Keep your cash high and dry. You will be able to pick up these shares in the low $3.00 range if you maintain your patience. Some of you have asked me to substantiate my claim we are headed for slower economic growth. In the days ahead, I will do this for you. All the best to everyone here.

I want you to know that I really enjoy the entertainment that you are providing here as you relentlessly attack me and my position on FVE. Have you ever thought about supporting your own opinion of FVE rather than simply attacking my negative positon on this stock? I think this chatboard would welcome your thoughts on that matter. Again, this chatboard and the policy guidelines that have been set up by Yahoo are intended to give everyone a voice here whether its pro or con. Again as I've reinterated many times at this and other Yahoo chatboards, I welcome all points of view whether or not they chime in with my own viewpoint. Okay guys, let hear your best argument for a favorable opinion of FVE. I'll even go so far as to cease my own comments here over this weekend if you will follow up on this suggestion. The floor is now entirely yours . If anyone else here would like to do the same, know that you have the floor too. With that said, I'll be back with my own comments on FVE on Monday. Here is wishing both of you a good weekend and all others at this chatboard as well.

You are both extremely far off base with your assumptions about me. I am not a liar . I am not a braggart. I am not a fool. I am a well established family man with children and grandchildren and many friends and a strong religeous connection in my life. I have absolutely no desire to scare people. My only objective as I said many times is to educate people using my 4 decades of success in the stock market. I've learned this game well through good and bad experiences. As I've also said many times, even with all my experience, I'm not completely perfect. I do make mistakes on rare occasions and I've paid dearly for them at times. I only wish that I had someone like myself in the early days of my playing the stock market that could have led me in the right direction. When you are a rookie or highly inexperinced player in this game, you can make some terrible and frequent mistakes and those typically lead to loss of capital on a large scale. The fact that I suggest going to cash should be your clue that I can be quite conservative in my viewpoint of handling money. Again, whether or not you decide to listen to what I have to say here is strictly your own choice. With that, I will wish both of you all the best.

While yours truly has cash safely tucked away in my pocket, many of you here are getting deeper and deeper into financial trouble as FVE's share value heads south over time. I guess I don't have to repeat what I would do if I were you for fear of being overly redundant. Its up to you if you want to ignore my 4 decades of successful experience in this game. I've pointed the pathway to success with regards to FVE. Ignoring it is entirely your option.

With the above said, I predict FVE will visit its 52 week low of $2.98 as we wind through 2013 and head into 2014. Those that stay the course here will not be happy to see that outcome. You can short circuit that outcome by dumping your FVE positions during this coming Monday's trading session. Go to cash and you will be a happy camper into the longer term as you watch these shares decline in value.

The reality of investing in FVE is that although the shares will occasionally go upward in value as was the case this morning, the fallback typically will be greater than the move forward. You simply can't win in that type of a scenario over the longer haul. Play it safe, don't invest here.

Staying out of trouble is objective #1 when you play the stock market. Those with very little expereince in this game can potentially get hurt very badly in the pocketbook "if" they elect to go forward using the wrong pathway. Anyone holding shares in FVE at this time in my opinion is on the wrong pathway. You are very vulnerable to a big loss of your capital accumulation as these shares decline in value over time.

Take the safe route forward. Baill out of FVE and protect your capital accumulation by holding cash rather than shares in FVE. You will be a winner in the long run.

For those that have cashed in their FVE holdings today, you get my hearty congratulations. You without question will be glad you took that action once the FVE Q2 report is released at the end of July which very likey will show no occuapancy rate improvement. I also would expect by that time that the general stock market would have collasped and would be in a highly retreating mode. Again, congratulations to the sellers here today. You did yourself good.
