Started going to Wendy's the past 3 months and it was real good. Haven't been in a Wendy's in years but was pleasantly surprised by how the stores look and the quality of their fast food, it's still fast food but much improved.
The company mishandled this Mullaly issue big time, I'd fire the board for this, it has hurt PPS and will continue to hurt PPS until this is stated clearly with no equivocations.
He's leaving, Ford has mishandled this big time. The board should have made Mullaly state his intentions clearly with no ambiguity.
You may be right and I have looked at it but I'm not comfortable with the bipolar price action this stock seems to have. It needs some sort of stability for me, the beta is almost 3.5 I know it's high and I get it but it's too much for me. I don't like losing money. I will get back in if it settles down and comes in a little lower if not good luck.
This stock is dead money and there's no reason for this, great earnings, good dividend, good PE, great financials and it still goes nowhere. Why?
This stock needs to get it's act together it spends more time flat or down everyday, everyone says it's a great stock but no one has an answer for the poor price action.
This was a reason for the weak knees to get out, an arbitrary opinion on this stock and it became the catalyst to get some profit. SBUX is full of ideas along with Teavana will propel this stock to the next level over time.
The price action on this stock was too much for me up and down 3-6% everyday based on nothing. Like to see this stock settle down hopefully at a lower price, I like the stock but felt I made a mistake buying into this stock so late. Over the next few years I think this will settle down and be a great area of investment.
The Iron Lady was a great leader and great human being. Reagan and Thatcher were an unlikely team that moved our world forward and were despised by the left, to me the left validated the effectiveness of that duo.
