Who is happy? VVUS gets a higher pop on REMS mitigation and a higher pop on poor sales than ARNA did on a go ahead, and #$%$ is up with the 30 not being waved, yea many of us have been here for a year or more and the pop fizzled long ago in this insufferable wait, so yea happy but seriously weak action!

Even CNBC gives us a small segment clip but they screwed up the end of the blip by saying we were rejected in Europe, wrong~ But good to see some news!

Me, well 12 years of training and second degree BB, broken nose eight times, broken hand, sore feet. I can say this where few if any other posters here can: Some people can take it and some can't! Those who have taken a beating have to be tougher than their opponent by a factor of two to mount any comeback. One's opponent wakes up each day and works dilligently to destroy you, and sometimes he succeeds. It is late in the fight and the odds favor the longs at a beaten down purely obviously illegally manipulated price. The shorts are and have been stronger than retail, but wait the bell. A chance now to breathe, think, remember the institutions, the cover demand, the retail demand, the lack of supply. Remember the DEA is behind but will deliver, remember the EMA process will be around the corner, the bell. Do you come into the next round ready to get your ash kicked or are you on the offense, what say you Sauve?

Have to give you a solid attaboy on this Chris, next piece idea: collaborate with everyone on this board and investigate gather evidence and present a well thought out synopsis of the market manipulation in ARNA as to the timing of bash articles and weekly expirations and shorting strategies that allow for so many fake shares as it relates to a "planned" delay in DEA issuance by false means through a letter campaign. Just an idea if you want to do another piece.

any DEA posts show up on the FR updates along with all the other government agencies listed, I do watch the DEA page but the update this morning was 8:45 this morning how do I know this because I know where to look, so get smart before you call me an idiot. It's one thing to say that over your keyboard dude.

The coast guard updates their stuff just like the DEA does throughout the day and usually shows up in the morning but DEA can post updates in the afternoon as well stoop.

I have watched this site everyday after close and there is almost always an afternoon update and it's usually Fishiery or Coast Guard type stuff, rarely do we go without an update, those are the facts, check it out yourself, gimme any more harsh on the subject and I'll relegate you to iggydikland.

Ho now, the site updates twice a day, in the morning fer sher but also in the afternoon around 4:15 to 4:45. So no BS bub.

Refresh is a terrible drug, one mouse failed last month, new one can't keep up, one of these refreshes will be awe inspiring.

Collusion is illegal and easy to investigate,identify and prosecute.

I will give Seeking Alpha credit for the first fairly written article in a long, long time. Still if things are this obvious why are we still stuck at this valuation level instead of moving on newsworthy articles? I betcha that guy Day over at Vivus will be investigated fired and possibly jailed.
