    still waiting...

  • I encourage everyone to keep the facts in front of them, and flush the Funk down the toilet...I know without manipulation we will begin to trade normally, when that happens could be as soon as tomorrow morning if they should put out a damn news item on Optina..... we are due news as the trial successfully ended in the beginning of November!

Being short this stock into the weekend is one of the dumbest things I could think of when Ampio reports the stock will fly, so dumb is what dumb does... Seriously-

Just came back from lunch with my friend from last night... To find nobody can show anywhere where I lied about anything so the best you got Crusty is to say I must be crazy, delusional, psychotic, or some such nonsense.... That's the best you haters have? Super Lame....

  • Haters like the Improvisation and Flubby, Crusty, MoronicAnus et. al. These haters are incapable of finding where I lied about anything, but they as a group spend an inordinate amount of time trying desperately to discredit the facts presented. What motivates these haters is a mystery for the ages. But I challenge you to provide us with any information you can muster that shows where my posts that involve the company indicate where I lied about anything, go ahead humor me....
    I'll be waiting Funkmeisters, waiting.....

Flubby, the Improvisation has shown nobody where I lied about anything, neither have you fellow Funkmeister. I didn't make my posts factual, the facts themselves did. Attacks on someone who posts relevant trade data, company balance sheet items, trial data, relevant news articles relating to trial data, attacks on these people are only indicative of someone's own inadequacies, not mine. If folks like you and the Improvisation have to resort to attacks on loyal shareholders then you have shown your own insecurities and inadequacies.

I report facts and folks likey you guys report Funk, and yes we all know this.

Who thinks facts are not credible? You do. Who thinks we are not due news on Optina? You do. Who thinks attacks on loyal shareholders do any good? You do. Who cares about you Funkmeister?
    You do.

Show me where I lied about anything Funkmester, show me.

    Optina Must Read....

    From the Retina today article:
Nearly all subjects (86%, 6 of 7 patients) receiving the 15-mg dose had a significant decrease in retinal thickness at 12 weeks, compared with 29% (2 of 7 patients) in the placebo group. Retinal volume also decreased in the 15-mg group compared with placebo (P = .05).

For BCVA change in ICD-9-CM vision loss, 36% of subjects improved at least 1 category with treatment. The placebo group had the lowest proportion of subjects with improvement (14%), whereas 47% of all patients treated with danazol improved by at least 1 category.
    .....................................
When the dose was adjusted for BMI in the trial just completed then these numbers will only get better, so you guys need to get ready for some great news on both Optina and Ampion.

    The Improvisation

    by ri66 Jan 14, 2015 1:47 PM

Again in the last 20 hours that I was away on a Friday night date and morning adventure the Improvisation has posted nine times trying desperately to imply that I lie, or am full of BS or something. This creep has never mentioned the company's drugs, or trials or any data relevant to proving me a liar in all his posts over the last week. This stalker has been in a desperate attempt to distort known facts with his Funk.... What is this creep's overall ambition, who pays this guy and what is his purpose here on our board?

Get a life elsewhere Funkmeister#1. Get a life-

  • Seeking Alpha said Optina will dominate sales and kill Regeneron's sales of Eylea. Regeneron stock sells for $417 per share people check it out:
    Optina
Optina is a pill being developed by Ampio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NYSEMKT:AMPE) and it works with an entirely different mechanism where it actually repairs the leaking blood vessels by restoring the cytoskeletal system of the cells making up the leaking blood vessels in the eyes.
This strengthening of the cytoskeletal system allows the cells making up the blood vessels in the retina to anchor together tighter thereby stopping the leaking of blood and fluids. And it does so without any adverse side effects. Retina Today, a prominent scientific publication in ophthalmology, published a cover story titled, "Oral danazol (Optina) for DME." Shareholders are also concerned because Optina is in the 12th and final week of a pivotal trial and results will be known in the next month or two.
If trial results are favorable, then the likelihood of an FDA approval is very high because Optina is a repurposed drug. Optina is repurposed from an older drug called Danazol that was used to treat endometriosis. Danazol was FDA approved and found to be safe at a dosage of 800 MG per day. Optina is repurposed Danazol and is dosed at only between 20 to 40 MG per day meaning that it has no adverse side effects and safety has already been proven to the FDA. Earlier trials have shown efficacy and the current trial is expected to demonstrate both efficacy and safety.
Keep in mind that last year, after reviewing what must have been compelling data on Optina, the FDA assembled a large panel of 18 of its leading experts in this area and provided guidance to help structure the pivotal trials the drug is about to conclude.
If Optina is approved, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out what will happen to Eylea and Lucentis sales. If you were suffering from Diabetic Macular Edema, and if Optina could treat you just as good what would you do

Thanks for paying my expenses for the next six months with your buys today. Next week I ought to cover the next ten years of expenses, Icandiggit~

  • Shows a nice graph over there, we still have 12 million shorts to cover, where would that graph be then? When we get above $5 per share the institutions pile in even further moving the stock, we were up .58 cents in minutes, wait till the news comes out, booom!

I guess they are rightfully scared about being short into the weekend.... Ha Ha

  • The stock will be up well over 300% in a couple more months, do you know why?

    For these reasons:
    Safe and effective drugs
Consistent source of raw materials for product manufacture
    cGMP manufacturing compliant
Manufacturing capacity to serve WORLDWIDE demand
    Low cost of goods
    Patent protection worldwide
Cash to support operations well into 2016 past all milestones
    ......I would add......
    Zero debt
Huge facility ready to dominate production and distribution
    No insider sales to mention
Covered by major analysts, sometimes favorably, sometimes not
    Pivotal Trials well underway
Busy first quarter with news expected on Ampion
    Optina announcement due any day
Further MRI data to view on the Super 7 and Strut and Stride
No competition in any regard for Ampion known or expected within five years
Potential huge market domestically and internationally for Ampion
Huge short load leading to near term short squeeze imminent

The list of positives above shows a company on the verge of doing great things helping millions of people in pain and helping people with a condition that would otherwise leave them blind. The FDA loves a company like this that is in a position to do good things.

I predict priority review on the NDA for Optina, and Joint repair shown in MRI from Ampion before the BLA is filed. Clear regulatory path for Ampion and Optina in the very near future.

Overall I say...... good news abounds.

1:52EST Ten minutes later the repeated flash placement and immediate removal of the fake bid still remains 2800/400.....TEN MINUTES LATER this amazes me, totally drowning out the next smaller buyer who we don't see, feel for that guy trying to buy around all this noise, this remains an illegal activity.
