So nothing the patient can buy today really, that lasts very long or doesn't require an injection, but maybe down the road when other competitor drugs are in testing will those complex molecule drugs show any worth, those will require long lengthy FDA approval processes relative to Optina's relatively quick path to approval. Did I read that rightly?
You are just another liar rightfully ignored, but for you:
On July 22, 2013, the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) filed and settled its first case under the Dodd-Frank Act’s prohibition of the disruptive practice of spoofing by bidding or offering with intent to cancel before execution.
Now mr#$%$, if you are in Europe, all the FBI does is stop your trading access to have any affect on our bidding system here in America. Don't be mad at me, we just don't like people taking advantage of a company with drugs who have treated over a thousand people in trials and only reported good results to date, that kind of company won't be tarnished by you or anyone like you.....
I have two buddies on the east coast who work in the trade surveillance department for the SEC, they are able to pull trade data to within 1/10 of a second, so I'll forward my information today where if they verify this bid retraction scheme, they will immediately know where and which ECN the trade originated from the account and the person, then maybe they get back to me or maybe the shut down that operation next week, we'll see. Maybe wierdos like Boris in Europe are rigging our bid, who knows, that guy gets shut down.
Good post, my background not being in Science I do appreciate a chance to stuff more info in my brain, question: Currently there is a large population 2/3rds of patients resistant to anti VEGF treatments, now for those many people-- is there a current treatment that they can buy today to treat further their condition, does it involve a shot, and what is it's known length of efficacy? Thanks.
10Q shows plenty of cash through 2016, news to come within hours or days on Optina as well as Ampion, holidays coming up and my stocking will be full of Rum over in Jamaica. I have owned this company's stock for some years now and I'm not in too much of a hurry, but we do need some additonal information to operate with, and I encourage Management to get to work and let us all know how we are looking.
He overturned the tables of the Jewish money-changers and the seats of those who sold pigeons; and He would not allow any one to carry anything through the Temple. And He taught, and said to them, "Is it not written, 'My house shall be called a house of prayer for all the nations'? But you have made it a den of robbers." (Mark 11:15-17 RSV)
You lie, and are rightfully ignored.
You lie as the underlying bid is currently sized at three to one. more like degradation of the price by fraudulent bidding practices foo.
Basically I am on to your #$%$.
Biotech stocks all have periods of news vacuume where by law the company can't comment on anything for long periods. If darkstools can come in and manipulate these periods, then increasingly this is seen as illegal and won't be tolerated here while I watch.... Ampio will produce results on the company's timeline in accordance with legal timeframes for disclosure, like all bios there won't be any news until legally possible. Which as we know is any day now on both our drugs.
I took me all day to find this but here is the actual violations of section 4c(a)(5)(C) of the Commodity Exchange Act
On July 22, 2013, the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) filed and settled its first case under the Dodd-Frank Act’s prohibition of the disruptive practice of spoofing by bidding or offering with intent to cancel before execution. For the first time, a deceptive use of high frequency trading (often called “HFT”) in the derivatives market was identified and the individuals responsible for the trading activity were punished, critics of pinging argue that it enables traders to manipulate prices by issuing flash bids and then canceling them within one second, showing other traders a false “best bid/offer.
Quote stuffing is the process of placing multiple orders in the market, in some instances millions of orders, simultaneously only to quickly cancel them to drive the price up or down in one’s favor. Pinging and quote stuffing are similar in that they employ HFT to bid and cancel orders to get the best available price. The key difference between quote stuffing and pinging is that the intent of quote stuffing is to alter the price of the underlying contract on the market, whereas the intent of pinging is to find the limit of another trader and take advantage of that trader, with the possible side-effect of altering the price of the contract. Quote stuffing is undoubtedly a form of manipulation, as it involves intentionally floating non bona fide orders (bids and offers that were intended to be canceled) into the market place to bend the market to one’s favor. The manipulative power of quote stuffing has garnered the attention of the FBI, which announced in 2013 that it was cooperating with the Quantitative Analytics Unit at the SEC to investigate potential abuses arising from quote stuffing in dark pools. Pinging is truly manipulative while pinging orders are often placed witwithout the intent of executing them.
So now we know the deal
15 minutes later and they stacked the bid again at 4900/600 and seconds later the stock fell by the two cents, and currently sits down a penny for a round trip swing of more than ten cents up and down over the last 36 minutes. At the end of this post, they achieved their goal and again brought the price down to unch while any upside is met with a huge fake bid to stop the move up.
Since this previous post nineteen minutes ago, the stock began to trade in an orderly fashion again, and (without the high buy being purchased) the bid was removed and now the stock trades three cents higher on the day with an orderly trade flow at 600/400. Seriously, watch this action if you have the time.
I just call it as I see it, show me otherwise and I will shake your hand and offer an apology, until then what I write is hard to argue with. Preciate you though.
Seven minutes later, the high bid was removed, and replaced with a bid of 4600/800. The price fell by two cents during this seven minutes while the bid was removed and replaced seconds later with a lower buy price. This is something we see in real time now, look for it yourself and you will see this manipulation in real time.
The stock is unchanged at the moment on weak volume and again the bid is stacked at bid 4900/700 offered. This does not happen on higher priced stocks with higher normal volume levels. This will happen in AMPE until we as a group of investors proclaim loudly that we won't accept the market makers stacking the bid in conjunction with their favorite dark pools while a 50 share trade changes the price down to favor the shorts.
Kinda makes you wonder where all these broken English posters live, where are they from, I bet it's deep in the middle east, somewhere near where millions of people are being forcibly held in a modern day concentration camp called Gaza. I push buttons really to find out where all these cabal members live, and I have a few ideas.
Not antisemetic, just rational in my conclusions.
Donper, Boris, Doron, Merrit, Improv, Regina, Budda, Moronanus, etc. these posters all share a common thread.
Not yet, might even hear tomorrow morning, but overdue not yet even the citi report said in November, where I thought it would be last Friday, one day or another real soon fo sho, boom price goes up, why you ask because we haven't ever had bad news on Optina or Ampion, except for some frozen samples that the company had nothing to do with. Good news for years, from trials done round the world, involving thousands of people. Not one side effect reported in the trials involving our two lead drugs.
You outa short more Georgieboy.
Ok a brief period of no sellers or limited sell orders in the que
Yes I'll take that larger bid for 7,000 on the bid and bring it in under
Investor on the sell side: I'm trying to sell my 50 shares and they keep lowering the bid, do I lower my offer again or wait this out? OK, 50 went through a few pennies under- at least they went through. The bid for 7,000 shares is retracted, then a few seconds later sometimes up to a minute later the bid is placed again two pennies down from the 50 share trade that already traded down. Now the offer is still much higher on the next guy who wants to sell his 100 shares, he's looking at competition on the buy side for 7000 shares well under his offer so now he has to bring down his offer to match, while the hedgies and darkstools walk this price down.
All longs just suffered through a fake manipulated price decline of at least 5 cents sometimes ten cents throughout the morning, I have seen this several times in the preceeding days trade.
Market maker: gets paid
Brokers: get paid
Exchanges: get paid
Finra: gets paid
Darkstool guys: get paid
Shortshills: get paid
Fake posters and Fake lawyers: get paid
Head Money Changer: gets paid
Longs: get screwed.
Look here foo, it was the bible that labeled a certain ethnic group as moneychangers......Wwho were the original money changers???? The Incas, Aztecs, Peruvians, Innuit, Apache? Who were the original moneychangers? You can't even acknowledge the truth, and what I wrote above is actually proven by your lenghty creepy homework into my previous posts, hopefully someone gave you a few sheckles for your time. And what is your Rabbi's name and number and I'll take this up with him.
The only apparent problem is that thanks to the cabal, one of my favorite stocks is one of the most manipulated stocks I have ever seen in my years as a professional trader.
