Ha ha, the last time MABS went to remedial school, the teacher quit the profession and is a pornstar now,
Oh yes you bird squawk more often and be as shrill through Monday morning. Channel Lassie, and save the deluded believers.
Failed to add with Mariucci at the helm and Jeffries and company manning the rudder, longs ought to enjoy the cruise and occasionally bear the choppy ride and bad weather.
It is obvious after staring at level II trading that the market maker with owned position in stock and the ability to short naked is wisely keeping the liquidity afloat and head bashing the day traders looking to make a quick buck...pre-market minor pops and the droves of momentum traders are suckered in and bang an hour later and floats belly up. This is a buy and hold and probably the longs are better off not heeding the hour to hour play.
I agree whipper and neshua , Mabio is bang on...his fake hood dialect and deliberate misspelling leads me to believe the board canary is bright and ballsy ( just the image of the canary with dangling ballz might bring out nasty emotions) but kudos are in order. To be consistently wrong is an extraordinary attribute and Mabio is a much misunderstood and maligned. I would keep in a gilded cage till pps values three or four more products in Celldex pipeline.
If all things go well and orphan status is imminent I see 6 B and one product gains blockbuster status yes double digit market cap eminently possible ... A major partnership with a large pharma gives it a 40% turbo boost. Mariucci is adept at financial engineering and seems to have knack of timing things ( Avant was a coup!)
Oh my canary, it is not red! It is the lit end and that searing pain that you feel may eventually fade not the scars. You are the best canary some of us gold miners have...hoping that the evil twin persona you have created will substitute in your absence (the healing period while CLDX breaks $ 40)
As nutty as a fruitcake, responding to his own messages and completely incoherent. This is all the confirmation I need .... Leerink Swan is a success!!! Feast at the Waldorf!!!
Mabio, Stay in character and darned you could only deliberately misspell "Guarantee"
My canary just got an oxford education. Time to go down the coal mine with a frigging canary that sounds like the queen of England. Prediction: CLDX will fly next week ( as divined by the arrival mabiotech)
Deviously clever and very well done job by the guy that posts as Mabio ....I have not finished loading a large number of samples ...but probability of 0.07 already ....Also, Mabio's fake ebonics makes the process a little harder
When you call yourself "a Chinese bozo" your love for your homeland is self evident and resign from #$%$ too while you are it ...
Nice going , Monday morning another 12,000 around $ 27 and Tuesday another 12,000 say around 28-29 and voila Wednesday a nice cup of cyanide flavored tea ...
I am trying to poke around on my spreadsheet based on original calculations I had from those bygone days ( I am sentimental now and in fact I sold part during the early run from 6+ to 8, cause I was sure it was a head fake). The $ 380 # seems to high ... I probably must factor in two dilutions between say 45 and 65 at some egregious volume. This of course, presumes that Celldex will establish large production facilities , sales force and go global maybe ...
What are your assumptions..
Ha ha ha Rays , The problem with Tackynguyen is that his dad Mabio passed on a virulent gene strain...
Just linger around despite the excruciating pain you feel now. Very shortly this stock is poised to make a big move and then as the euphoria fades , you will wish you had bought more at $ 29. A few of the old timers can attest to the pain of the moment and pleasurable outcomes. I am sure some of us will be bummed when it fails to hold 40 at 50, 60 and more .
Do it ! Do it! And heck worst case, you can sell the yacht and cover...
Folks have been commenting about the possibility of a buyout.
I think with the product line , an orphan disease medication, a platform for treatment. It behooves Celldex to try and go at it alone. Very close to the phase III approval or announcement date, they could hire sales staff . Massachusetts is a great state to hire skilled medical sales staff. There are two reasons I would abhor selling it to a behemoth ( just monetary reasons but the loss of an organization with bright minds, great scientist strategic management and visionaries would be tragic.
1. It is very unlikely that the sale price is going to consider the platform or pipeline. Hence it will be at a marginal premium over prevailing stock price. Say 40% over $ 40 ( 56-65 pps).
2. A buyout is unlikely to factor in customer revenue that could garnered by financing treatments etc.
Dr. Clay Seagall of Seattle Genetics (SGEN) has demonstrated it can be done successfully.
Why romance, marry , labor and deliver beautiful bright babies with a great future only to be given up for adoption to rich fat old men ?
