    This is a 8-10$ stock

am considering buying at this level, but could you talk about why this is a great stock? what has your dd shown you? don't know how to evaluate this myself?

  • richkortsep by richkortsep Aug 11, 2014 1:30 PM Flag

it looks like it's not confirmed yet. Is this what is holding the stock back from breaking resistance at $4? any idea what a $1.2 billion deal amounts to in net gain for the company?

as a disappointed Long, the ceo dr lei has already interviewed on this and said company will cooperate with PWC; and new timeline up to November for 20f release, so they've already made their decision, correct?

  • can anyone answer the question with sec rules definite accuracy as to whether or not NQ can report their Q2 earnings without first filing their 20f?

Chinese poster noting interview with CEO Dr. Linn that company submitted delay with sec to november for release of 20f, but could come sooner; he states company will fully cooperate with pwc...

any comments / feedback from fellow Longs? Is this finally a reliable timeline we've wanted, albeit further out than expected? can company report financials in meantime?

At the end of the day of all speculation, it comes down to the fact that a company that buys back 2.5 million shares of its own stock is simply not a fraud. The rest are peripheral issues that will ultimately be worked out.

NQ filed a Lawsuit against MW

Wondering if the lawsuit means that NQ has an unqualified opinion audit in hand from PWC that would give them full credibility in lawsuit?

    up date call

He certainly was annoyed by the analyst who questioned "if" the next milestone would occur after the new CEO said in would occur in June. CEO also said the fixing of production problem was "not a matter of if but when". He did not say that in an overconfident matter but just a statement of simple fact; and he does express himself in the cc with a great of integrity. I have bought back into UNXL heavily based on this new CEO in what he brings to the table as the real deal. I believe also with giambi above that the now scheduled update call could have simply waited until Q2 cc, especially if there is nothing to report. It seems very unlikely to schedule a call with nothing to say; makes no sense. GTAL

In your opinion, is this the reason for pps drop in AH? Could this massive stock compensation not been deferred until the independent investigation is over? It has the look of co CEOs looting the company while they can. This makes me a very nervous Long at this point. Can anyone add more color than what is in this thread below so far? thanks

Actually, I was speaking with Rmilapatel, which you rudely interrupted. Apparently, your mom failed to teach you any manners. It's not your fault you turned out the way you did, it's due to having a lousy, low life mother and father for parents. lol, my friend!

Could you please share why FENG is good buy? Interested to buy some; message board seems very quiet on this stock; is this a pull back from $13 or downward trend? what are your expectations on coming earnings release?

Straw, the recent 8-K filing is showing outstanding shares will be approximately (just under) 42 million. Also, looks like there are four million Warrants with exercise price of $15-16. Wondering if the warrants are an indication in your opinion of the estimated opening price under new symbol? My bigger question is to ask your opinion of the outstanding shares amount? reasonable? positive for company to increase pps? Sounds like you will not buy until under $10? I will go with your intuition and follow your plan as well, thanks for you posts...

my understanding from Devon Shire in SA is that Lightstream Resources is not in a good position to buyout TRIAF. do you concur with this? If that is true, then do you believe there is another serious buyer out there? If no buyer steps up and news comes out that any deal has fallen through, will we not see a steep drop in pps? could you provide more color for your confidence in a prospective deal? would like to join you Long but cannot pull trigger, fearing a back lash as soon as I come in at the current top; obviously you're in much lower, thanks for any feedback

investora2z, it looks like SGMS shareholders/company execs let go of their concern of taking on a pending lawsuit with buyout of WMS, given that merger has taken place. Wondering if perhaps SGMS so values the gain from the WMS purchase that any future lawsuit repercussions will be made up for by this immediate buyout and increased revenues? Mainly, am writing to ask if you concur that if there was any settlement with WMS, we would have heard it about it by now and certainly before the merger took place. Or, do you believe a settlement has occurred and MGT is just slow to report it for some reason? Would appreciate your thoughts as I much appreciate any and all your posts on MGT, thanks in advance

Just wondering, am Long XIN, but what does this interesting analysis of Chinese investing abroad have to do with making XIN a stronger buy? Are you inferring that this somehow relates to XIN buying US real estate, such as Williamsburg as a significant precedent for the company to buy more US real estate? Given that US real estate must be enormously more expensive than China's real estate, isn't there a trade off here for the higher rents but much higher cost up front? In part, the company's venture here assumes they cannot fill their rental or purchase properties there in the targeted Tier levels? Is this the assumption of most Longs on the board that US purchases are crucial for the company's growth? Or is this just a good hedge for potential cooling off of Chinese economy?
