    Sentiment: Strong Buy

It has been a while since I have posted my thoughts probably because no one cares. I decided to step back and watch the action from a distance. Now I will chime in. For starters I am not surprised that Aroadblock sold his shares. He was always worried and not a true strong long. The recent price drop from the mid $4's to the low $3's comes as no surprise to me and should also not surprise you. Given that Sweeney extended the Discovery process for 6 months what did you expect ? It ties up too much capital for most folks hence they sell and use the money for something else say that Baba thing. However history shows that these same folks will not forget FnF and eventually buy back in again. They will buy back in because they do not want to miss a potential opportunity for a massive uptick in the PPS. For the record I bought all my shares back in 2009-2011 as much as I could from cleaning toilets. Next time you use a toilet think of me. And when the PPS reaches $20+ shortly and on overnight notice then you can be the toilet because that is how you are going to feel. Starting next week I am going to start buying again in my kids account. This will be my first buy since 2011. I anticipate on paying in the low $3's. Thing with FnF is that it can pop without notice. I suspect many will get caught without owning any shares because they thought they were being smart. They will feel like toilet because basically they are toilet. So I ask all longs to raise their drinks and toast as we flush.

    Fannie Mae to Sell Headquarters

It would be very unlikely that Fannie would relocate if wind down or shuttering was to occur. By reading in between the lines the relocation in 2-3 years implies Fannie will be around for some time. Similarly the news about Fannie and Freddie wanting to relist on the NYSE or Nasdaq again implies ( in between the lines ) that they will be around for some time.

  • I fully agree Obama is a dictator. This is why Boehner et al would like to sue Obama. Last thing we need here is for dictator Obama to cause havoc on Fannie and Freddie. Article says :

Sarah Palin might have called for the impeachment of President Barack Obama Tuesday, but Iowa Republican Senate candidate Joni Ernst actually beat her to the punch by six months.

At a Montgomery County, Iowa, candidate forum in January, Ernst told a crowd that she believed Obama had “become a dictator” and that he needed to face the consequences for his executive actions, “whether that’s removal from office, whether that’s impeachment. ”

The video, which was previously described to Yahoo News by a source, was posted, removed and then posted again online at AOL. Yahoo News was able to view a cached version of the previously unpublished video before it went live. The clip shows the January Montgomery County GOP Forum in Red Oak, Iowa. The Ernst campaign tweeted out a photograph of the forum Jan. 15

Ernst was asked what “punishment” Obama should suffer if the Supreme Court ruled against him in a then-pending case on the constitutionality of his recess appointments, and what she would do as a senator to stop his “blatant abuse of power.” The Supreme Court has since ruled against the administration in that case.

    New S/A Article

Long article but very positive for us. Author is a 26 year attorney who is long regarding Fannie commons. Sounds like he buys a lot of distressed companies such as GNP AIG and a bunch others and has done very well. Good to have him on our side.

  • Finally September has arrived and Discovery is about to end. The waiting game is about to end for us. After many long years it is down to crunch time now. Hopefully everybody is happy with their current share purchases. Overall our situation is looking very good.

It's interesting how big news like this always seems to come out on Friday after market close. It's has if somebody wants the markets and media to forget come Monday morning.

  • Almost laughably, the government also argues against disclosure because that could "create market perception that the Enterprises are not financially viable," and that "this would have a negative impact on sales of debt and mortgage-backed securities." Putting aside the circularity of these arguments, the real absurdity is that the government's own activities have deprived Fannie and Freddie of capital and kept them too weak to emerge from conservatorship. By taking all of the enterprises' profits, the government has left them undercapitalized and permanently unable to rebuild their capital.

There is a very good chance a settlement could take place during this extension. Perhaps that is why the extension was granted in the first place you think ? I strongly believe Buffet and Icahn will take notice.

I made this prediction at the beginning of this year and still stand by it. Most said $15+ but I said $7. Four more months go to. I am certain we will be at $7 by Dec 31.

In the past you would say insane for this to be under $20. Should be $60 with warrants and $300 without warrants. Since warrants are now useless and illegal PPS should reach $300 once the dust settles. Is this still correct ?

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • on the premise that we are going to win this case. Everything that I have seen to date suggests that we are going to win. You do know that right ? My DD can't be much different from yours can it ? And yes PPS will drift slowly lower because of impatient investors. These folks will put their money to use elsewhere for a while but then eventually buy back in. With that said are you smart enough to use this chart information to your advantage ?

As per Dgplexus it is worth $60 with warrants exercised and $300 without warrants exercised. Get with the exercise program.
