    CEMI announcements

Exactly. CEMI will not move until they start selling product. They have a great pipeline in development and have for a number of years. But the bottom line is sales and earnings. Until that starts, the needle will not move.

    A DPP waiver is gold

Revenue. CEMI is poised to break out if they can generate the revenue.....and they are positioning for that. Platfomr....check. CLIA Wiaver...check. Product mix...check. Sales force...check (but developing). Marketing ......developing. Sales Pipeline....developing.

This next quarter report will not be strong...and will probably reflect a loss in the earnings column. But I suspect that the first quarter of 2015 will be a break out quarter with a good bottom line.

Now is the time to accumulate......on any pull back.....as much as you can.

Thank goodness he was able to ink the Faracruis deal with Brazil. If that hadn't happened, I don't think CEMI would have made it to DPP CLIA. But here we are...and now have the marketing wiz to get the product out. It was a good team with Larry and it is still a good team with John.

  • Best wishes for the holiday coming to you and your family....and thank you for the work you have done through the years with CEMI keeping focus on the plan and making a high risk endeavor profitable to me and my family. Thank you. It wouldn't have happened without you.
    It's been fun.
May the blessing of Christmas be with you.

  • Mo, Sam, Chart ...With the ClIA acquired for DPP fast becoming the only game in town in coming months....it was a smart thing for him to put the poison pill in place.

  • rick60930 rick60930 Nov 21, 2014 8:27 AM Flag

I would think that there is a risk....risk of some other company coming out with a better test; a cure being found; cost too high for Africa to consider....but then I would think that CEMI would have determined their risk and mitigated it based upon if they are ahead of the pack in development, their estimation of cost to complete vs projected return.....I don't think they would have jumped in....if they didn't feel the risks were manageable.

A good psychological spit point would be 225.00. A 2/1 split would take it to 112.50. This provides room to keep it over a tough road bump for any stock to break through -100.00 and then again above a minor road bump of 110.00. It would then make this price reachable by a lot of investors and still high enough for institutions to easily get in....and wait for another rise to 200.00.

Its not rocket science for a disposable POC test. Burn it or throw it into a tub of bleach or alcohol or whatever is appropriate, then bury it.

No secondary offering required here. Development will generate contributions from third parties/govt etc for new tests. Also if you are thinking for sales, it shouldn't be needed now that they will be leveraging three distribution orgs in the US and the Malaysian group which has contributed funds.

They can do this expansion of sales quite easily with what they have,.

Like we have said for months, the Sono, Sail and a few others are all the same person. Not interested in investing in CEMI, only blasting LS. Probably because of being a disgruntled x-CEMI employee. He, they can only be ruled as being sick....with such a hatred inside.

I'm sure Sail or Sono will respond. He was probably caught off guard in seeing a message from LS. To tell the truth, I was too....but I was glad to see LS present the truth and blow the sox off of the lies being said on here.

I would think that there was a frustration on the part of CEMI management in total in not being able to get on here and address some of the things being said but I'm sure they couldn't. But it tells me that CEMI management does indeed, look at the messages posted, which makes me feel even better about LS, JS and the "Team", as it tells me that they care about their investors and what they are thinking.

A three olive martini to you, Larry. Good show!

I would be curious what your next adventure will be. One such as yourself does not sit still for long. I was thinking that you were divesting shares for that next project.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • With revenue coming in at 7.31 mil and 5.41 of that being for DPP, which has not really been sold in the USA, mostly in SA, the remaining1.9 mil must be from Alere sales. When you look at the big picture, things are falling into place where lateral flow technology will be stepping aside with that revenue decreasing and being replaced by DPP technology and sales....which should start growing in the US.

As JS was stressing stability in SA sales today, and if we keep at the current level or increase as it should, and add the DPP sales that will be ramping from the three distributors and the new growing sales force.....next quarter should hold to current revenue levels.....remembering that we didn't get CLIA until we were through the first month of the 4th quarter. But first quarter, we should start seeing some ramping of revenue and earnings.

I think JS did press all the right buttons for me this morning.....I would liked to have heard more about BioRad pipeline that he mentioned. I had totally forgotten about that. Also more info about Labtest....He was holding back on that. News of Malaysia was really good news...and that might generate some surprise revenue by January.

    Real happy with the revenue

Actually, Chart... I was worried about revenue falling off extensively, as you might have felt in my previous messages, being that CEMI is now on their own as far as the sales organization is concerned. But, I too am pleased with the revenue numbers!

Im also very pleased that they have signed agreements with two distribution organizations to move their products. In conjunction with the CLIA door opening effort that will now allow them to sell into clinics and first line providers...I think we will see revenue ramp significantly in quarters to come.

I feel much better....was expecting a lot worse.
