if you read it, you don't actually see anything negative, just that there was a lot of insider buying - but he spins that as just "friends buying to support your stock". Really? That's the best you got, Adam? You could just write this off as a fill of the large run up. I don't see a reason to sell. There's not new news. The insiders clearly see the patents as defensible. The issue of there being some uncertainty was priced in long ago.
Don't see any news to justify. Granted it was perhaps a bit overbought, but Nat Gas is level, oil down some but so what - that's irrelevant. Makes no sense, for such a booming industry. If anyone has insight (stupid bashers not necessary), please post.
There's nothing new in the patent issue. EDIT, however, is THE most viable and advanced of the few which are into this technology. Don't bet the farm, but a small position has a very high reward/risk ratio and ahead of the meeting next week, institutional investors are taking a position. This 'message' is just another attempt to shake out the small investor given the steep run-up.
The market cap at the close, plus the 1-for-1 addition of the $650m in cash, justifies a stock price of about 17. Maybe a little less because today's pre-announcement rise looks somewhat anticipated. Still, the appropriate stock price would seem to be far above 9.
thin trading this week, China down, which also doesn't make sense given their currency is down today too (should be good for their exports). Right now it is a terrible time to sell. China's long term solar plans remain strong, and JKS is cheap. Yeah, nasty wake up for me on the west coast, but I'm holding, and perhaps nibbling on more.
