Take a look at GAIN I picked up some of that also and it was actually up the last couple of days and has had big insider buying as of late.
From your lips to God's ears. I hope you're right because that would more than make up for the $30K i'm down in the last month. It would be much worse if I hadn't bought SPXU a week or so ago.
All these little start ups say this same thing as they have to. This is a gamble when you buy into this type of start up company that could make it big or maybe not. Its like going to the casino without leaving your easy chair. i'm going to buy some just to take the gamble on them.
Well I don't know about all that but I'm glad I got out without losing any and even made $1500 on the options but gave up well over $11K in profits. Oh well its done and over.
If such a drop is anticipated in advance of any secondary offering why would insiders be buying at current levels unless they're time restricted on when they can buy shares which could be the case. I guess even if that is the case they expect it to be higher than what it currently trades at some point in time. I bought a small block today and I'm thinking about adding more but I'm not sure if I can pick it up lower at a later date or not.
I don't know that much about reits so maybe you could tell me. Are the earnings per share they report after they pay out the dividends? I think thats the way its reported but not sure and if so that would explain why the dividend is safer than a regular stock that doesn't show the earnings to support the dividend. Thanks in advance for your reply.
Well it doesn't have to go to 5.85 to make a profit. It all depends on what they own the stock they are selling the calls against. Regardless they made a $1.35. I think you mean it has to go over 5.85 to have the stock called away and that is if they are long and not trading naked. The person that bought the calls would have to have it go 5.85 to make a profit but not necessarily the seller. I usually don't buy calls. I mostly just sell puts and calls. It can #$%$ if you want to get out of the stock because you will have to buy the contracts back before you can sell at least if the money is in a retirement account. I just went through this with UEC the other day and it cost me $10K in lost profits.
Yeah me too. I had over 10K shares and broke even. I got stopped out. I had a call into their investor relations rep yesterday and never heard back so when it dropped to the break even I had to let it go. I just hope if this was a illegal manipulation somebody goes to jail and that is for either side of the trade. Good luck to you but I think I will be building up cash from here on out because the markets looks like its ready to tank to me. I believe we are due for a major correction.
I wouldn't want to be posting any untrue stuff about the company on here. I have seen people prosecuted for making false statements. I'm out of the stock now because of my stop loss but I hope I didn't give up all those gains false manipulation.
I'm sure many have already lost big bucks. I sold out and broke even and only made a little on the options I sold. Gave up about $11 K in gains...ouch... I had a call into IR yesterday and haven't received a call yet so I had to sell.
