What are you talking about? Its trading at $33.38 The market will have to crash for it to come close to that. I sold puts on it so if it gets put to me my cost will be $32.45 and then it can take off to your 215 but not until it get assigned first.
Yeah the only risk there is inflation or a currency deval. I do have a bunch of gold and silver I do that with though but found it lumpy under the bed.
Yes another on my shopping list along with CVX
I had a order in on this a couple of months or so ago and it ran without me and I got tired of chasing it. It is one I have my eye on when we get a market correction. I'm trying to put a shopping list together now so when the correction hits I will be ready. Thanks
No its not a stupid question. The only stupid question is one not asked. There are so many different stocks out there I might not have heard of a couple that someone else has that could be a worthy investment. I have heard of most mentioned here except here is one I'm not very familiar with. Of course Smoketurd I'm sure you're one that knows everything and all so it seems like a stupid question to you.
What is the difference between the regular and the B shares? Thanks
My question is and maybe somebody on here can answer is how they will continue the current payout when its more than net earning per share?
I don't think he's a shortie. I just think he was sharing a pick he feels good about. There is nothing wrong with that and I have picked up some winners from others sharing their picks that I have never heard of. I don't usually buy stocks that trade this low but now own both UEC and SPHS and I'm up on both.
I'm with you. I was in the plus on this holding and now down 18.5% on a rather large block. Things can turn quickly with some good news.
Yes I would say its a good omen for the longs and bad for the shorts. I have no position in CRUS but have in the past.
Worldwide nuclear energy demand and the associated nuclear power plant build-out is
projected to increase significantly in the years ahead, and will require new uranium supply to
meet this increasing demand. According to the World Nuclear Association, electricity demand
is increasing twice as fast as overall energy supply and is estimated to rise by more than twothirds
2011 to 2035.
Increased long-term demand for uranium
It is projected that 526 nuclear power reactors will be operating worldwide by 2023 as
compared to 436 today. The Ux Consulting Company expects worldwide uranium demand to
increase 22% by 2020. In addition, many analysts continue to forecast a long-term global
uranium demand/supply imbalance, which suggests a potential for significantly higher
Increased long-term demand is expected from developing countries as they construct new
nuclear power plants. 70 nuclear power plants are currently under construction worldwide,
most notably in China, India, Russia, and South Korea. The most significant increase in longterm
uranium demand is expected to come from China, which surpassed the United States as
the world’s largest energy consumer in 2010, and remains committed to a planned nuclear
build-out over the next two decades. In 2013, China brought three new nuclear reactors online,
and construction began on four others. There are currently 27 nuclear power plants
under construction in China, which accounts for 38% of all the reactors under construction
worldwide. The majority are scheduled for completion between 2016 and 2023. China’s
current domestic uranium production accounts for less than 25% of their annual uranium fuel
requirements, resulting in increased imports and stockpiling. In 2010, Cameco Corp. signed
the first of two long-term contracts with Chinese owned utilities for the delivery of uranium.
Additional long-term demand is anticipated from other Asian countries, most notably India
and South Korea, as they expand build out.
UEC seems to be the one popping with FCUUF to follow soon. Does anybody else on here own both?
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Has anybody jumped on FCUUF yet? I bought more today although I own double UEC which seems to be the one moving which is good. FCUUF has had some good results and can also move so don't miss out. Don't say should've, could've, would've. Just sayin....
I can't say I don't have the same feeling because I do but I can't back my hunch up with any reasoning to speak of. I have bought a nice chunk over the last month or so and just put a order in to sell some puts for Monday.. We will see.
