I'm really amazed that so many short sellers feel this is the best short opportunity out of thousands of stocks available. Yes, QCOR has had a nice run-up and there is some uncertainty going forward. However, I see a lot of stocks in real trouble whose prices are way out of whack from their true valuations. I won't tell you which ones, as you need to do your own due diligence.
The only stock I'm buying at these levels is DLB. Nice day, Dolby. I love seeing DLB green on a red market day, gets me in the Christmas spirit.
I used to be a broker for about a decade, then went back to school to get a Ph.D. in Risk Management and Finance. I buy when NO ONE else wants to, and sell when EVERYONE is buying. EMCI is probably okay, but a lot of choppy action the last few days. If I miss out on a couple bucks per share while waiting for the dust to settle, so be it.
Something doesn't quite smell right here. I'm holding off for now, not really excited about equities at these levels anyway. I don't own any EMCI, but have it on my watchlist.
The more a posting uses ALL CAPS or exclamation points, the more likely I am to ignore the message. Just saying.
I almost threw in the towel when INSM had a reverse split, and it dogged for awhile afterward, but 2013 has seen a good run so far. Glad I held on, and will hold ZLCS as part of my "risk-on portfolio" since both stocks have potential to be ten-baggers some day.
