    AMBS: Sink or Swim?

I've posted over a thousand times about AMBS, many which have been pro at the beginning and then contrary afterwards. How big of a discovery is for BSR to find a single post that contradicts what I'm saying now? Big deal! I love to spice up my dialogue with contradictions! Look at how it has possessed poor old BSR! LOL! This guy has some serious OCD, along with warp.

No I haven't responded. The onus is on you to copy and paste a statement of mine for me to read here. You've brought it up about "a thousand times!" Wouldn't it just be easier for you to copy and paste it?

The AMBS "history" I've been posting about regards the past 13 months, the time period Gerald said "we don't even know we'll need a reverse split to up list," where the stock price has collapsed from .193 cents to about .01 cent Pre-RS. I'm disgusted by it, but by all means tell your kool aid version of that history.....your grasp of reality is very entertaining to the rest of us.

BSR-OCD: I'm too lazy to go look it up. You'll have to copy and paste it here for me to respond to it.

I think most objective posters here will remember the raising of my "concerns" following the July Conference debacle last year. If was Gerald's biggest supporter prior to that time, and I've been fairly consistent of my criticisms of him since. I don't know how else to interpret my last 1.5 years. Interpreting it any other way..... as you're attempting to do..... is why I consider you a stupid kool aider trying to rationalize his 90% loss by criticizing the one person who consistently "told him so." Your brain and gut hurt over AMBS, don't they? LOL! It didn't have to be this way.

The kool aiders get the arrogant tag because they were so arrogant in their criticisms about my "concerns."

Yes, I could have made a lot more money but I got out with a small profit after it fell from .193 cents to the .07 to .12 cent range where I sold out. I was disappointed, but at least I wasn't pridefully stupid like the kool aiders, mocking others with legitimate "concerns" as they were losing their entire positions on the way down!!

"small molecules:" you didn't even get the "small molecules" cues Urano was giving you guys! Instead you tried mocking me as I tried to explain to you that Urano had moved on from preferring MANF as a treatment for Wolframs. You guys were simply too think headed to see the inevitable 95% collapse that was coming. You deserve to have lost your money! And I get to remind you how stupid you were and continue to be. Who tries to justify their rationale in staying in a stock that loses 90? Arrogant thick headed people!

If AMBS management has some new concrete announcements at this upcoming meeting the pps could double or triple. If not, then the pps could go below $1.

I was the voice of reason after the July Conference Debacle, from August 2014 through March of 2015. I expressed objective "concerns" about the inconsistencies in what Gerald was saying and doing. But I got hammered by the kool aid gang. They didn't want to hear "objectivity," they only wanted more kool aid to drink. Obviously my concerns were spot on and their treatment of me was childish and even hateful. So I have to say.....reminding them every day how their stubborness lost them 90% on their investment is a pure delight!! LOL. They brought this upon themselves.

    AMBS Business Model....Hair Brained!!

For old Joe to be at last year's meeting and say "We're there" regarding Lympro shows how out of touch he is. He was there for one reason.....to provide cover for Gerald to pull the wool over the shareholder's eyes regarding the additional billion authorized shares.

  • John knew he had a winner with MANF. Could he have possibly chosen a worse pathway to develop it? I think Joe Rubenfeld is the kiss of death. He got lucky with Amgen and has been a has been ever since! I think he cooked up our business model and filled the Commissiong's heads with nonsense.

milehighpoop: I sold out above .07 cents at a small profit. I post here because I love to mock the kool aiders. Pure entertainment, that's all. And if I aggravate you too then that's a bonus!

  • Originally AMBS was about MANF/Parkinsons. You don't hear much about that anymore. Then they said our "business plan" was to develop other MANF indications, obtain orphan status, and then partner with Big Pharma. But....you don't hear much about that anymore, either. I haven't heard much about MANF/Retinitis for a long time. It received orphan status but an IND for clinical trials is no where in sight! Maybe second half of 2016? Phenoguard was to be the "golden goose" and help produce revenue. But that's not happened. LymPro was to be the "gold standard" for AD diagnostics....but it has been a bust so far. LymPro was also supposed to be a break through for TBI....but we've heard nothing on that either. Eltoprazine is in a phase 2 trial, which is good. We should get some data on that in a couple of months. That could surprise us. We are so low that any preliminary data released that was positive could really pop us upward. ESS might have potential. MS Precise might also, but we picked up all of these products on the cheap and so one has to wonder if their fate will be similar to what we've experienced with LymPro....which has been underwhelming! We might stay down here below $2 for awhile until something substantial starts us upward again. But I wouldn't write off AMBS just yet. I've been in a stock that did just as badly, and which I was just as angry about.....that blew my mind eventually. So anything can happen. Of course, we could also go bankrupt. This is a risky play.

The person who should be buying at these levels to help restore confidence is Gerald.

One: I sold above .07 cents and am happy to constantly remind everyone how Gerald's lies caused the stock to drop to .011 cents. You didn't sell and you're happy to be down that low. So what could be better, we're both happy?

I have never said I was wealthy or particularly knowledgeable about investments and biomed. I've been around the block a few times, that's all. But apparently I was smart enough to suspect something was amiss with Gerald after last July. I mostly sold life insurance annuities and mutual funds. I am out of that business now and am selling solar.
