jamjon: You obviously care about what I post. You follow my every word so closely you've practically memorized all my kids names, know my wedding anniversary, my HS Football stats, and my college GPA. What a loser!! AMBS is dead for several more months. Go get yourself a life while in my recreation time I continue rubbing salt in the kool aiders wounds!! This couldn't happen to a more deserving group!!
It doesn't take much time to oversee their positions in AMBS. I post mostly to rub salt in the wounds of those who have criticized me over the past 9 months. I don't think Gerald will start treating shareholders better until he believes the kool aid shareholders will no longer provide cover for his lies. We need to start a petition for him to be fired! Maybe then he'll start doing us favors instead of doing favors for old Joe Rubenfeld....by buying ESS and bailing him out with money created by diluting our shareholder value. Have you ever posted in protest of this? Have you ever thought that deeply? Have you ever wondered why we're trading at .047 cents instead of .50 cents as you thought we would by now? Why are you focusing on me instead of AMBS management?
They said a year ago that the trials would start in December, maybe earlier. Then it got moved back to Q1 of 2015. Then Q2. Pattern developing here.
MANF/Retinitis should start it's Phase 1-2 trial by mid 2016 and have results by early to mid 2017. Maybe by the end of 2017 the MANF partnerships will begin for AMBS. That's just 24 to 27 months away! In the mean time Gerald shouldn't have any trouble keeping shareholders on the edge of their seats by promising them "non-dilutive financing" and "increases in shareholder value" and "financial engineering" all coming in the "near term!" Hilarious! We should be filming this for a Bio-tech Reality Show!!
Actually, we don't talk about AMBS as much as we used to, we've moved on. I mostly enjoy posting here to continue keeping score of milestones reached versus milestones missed....and to irritate you and the gang. Once all of Gerald's deception is brought to light and absorbed by the stock price....it will be time for MANF/RP to carry us to the Promised Land. That's mid to late 2016. In the mean time, won't this be fun? Have a great weekend, Zoom!
I would be willing to offer my services to AMBS management. What am I capable of? Slapping management whenever they do stupid stuff that hurts shareholders. Obviously, no one is currently filling that position! I would accept a $180,000 salary and options to purchase 3 million shares at .08 cents for the next 15 years.
Hawks: I do believe MANF/Retinitis has a real good shot. I will get back in time for that one, but I think I have several months. I'm upset at Gerald and the BS he fed us about Lympro. I don't think the Diagnostic Division will be worth much until 2016.
My response over the past 1.5 years is simple: I believed Gerald completely through the July Conference Debacle, was suspicious from August 2014 through February of 2015 but gave Gerald the benefit of the doubt, and then lost faith in him totally the past 2 months. If you can't see the logic of my responses based on all of Gerald's guidance turning out to be wrong.....then that's your deal.
It has been 4 months since LymPro's supposed "launch" into the RUO market, a market of 150 million per year that Gerald said we'd get a "significant portion of" in 2015. I never in my wildest dreams would have thought 4 months after the "launch" we'd only have one tiny potential deal. It will take work on management's part to even get the one million in revenue for 2015 that Napodano predicted!! This is a train wreck!! The pertinent question for shareholders is: what did Gerald know about this and when did he know it? Has he just learned of Lympro's lack of acceptance in recent weeks, along with us? Or did he know back in December when he failed to respond to Napodano's 1 million revenue estimate? Or, did he know it even back before the "authorized million share vote" in October, but kept it under wraps? Or, did he know it even before the July Conferences debacle that Lympro wasn't going to be ready for prime time, and that's why he pulled the rug out from under us at the last hour? How long did Gerald know he wasn't going to get a JV partnership for LymPro, yet allowed the shareholders to think they would be getting one? (The "partnership" we got was ICON, who we paid to do our testing!) How can we trust Gerald going forward when all he has left us in the past is a wake of deception and outright lies?
Retinitis Pigentosa is the MANF orphan that seems to hold the most promise for AMBS. To partner on it prior to doing a phase 1/2 trial would be premature. They would get so much more for it following a successful trial. I think we are one year away for the start of such a trial. So I doubt a partnership will happen on RP until 2017. Everything else AMBS owns is probably up for sale....to see what we can get for it to fund Retinitis.
