bballgm: Show us where the NASDAQ says it takes "a few months" after a RS to apply for up listing, and then where it says after you apply it takes "a few months" to get up listed. Where are you getting this information? Can you reveal it? Because it directly contradicts what Gerald is telling us. Let us all know today so we can bring it up to Gerald in the CC. If you're right, you're a hero for bringing it up. If you can't show us, you're just another bashing #$%$.
Zoom: The question I want Gerald to answer tomorrow is what kind of revenue is appropriate for us to expect in the remaining months of 2014, and then in 2015 and 2016. He needs to reveal what revenue sources to expect in 2014, before reimbursement from Medicare and Insurance Companies starts. Who will be bringing all the revenue to us by December of this year? If he were to give to good guidance on this Lympro track he is always talking about...i think the pps would light up. Even with modest revenue the first few quarters after commercialization, if he can explain to us how they see it will all happen....I think it gives a foundation for people to get excited about and raise the pps. If Gerald can't make this clear to us then that means it isn't clear to him and so why should investors get all excited and bid the stock up? This is basic. He needs to give more clear guidance!!
crazzytrain: I actually agree with you. I think a July up listing is a bit optimistic. I am hoping for an August of September up listing and still that is doable. October or November is conservative but it could easily be delayed until then. Delayed until next year....would be very disappointing. That would mean a lot of catalysts had bombed. We need a strong bump from Eltoprazine and Diabetes in the next 1 to 3 months to pop us up over .20 cents so we can up list. Even Lympro revenue won't amount to much until well into 2015 and 2016, getting it approved and commercialized and nationally promoted by Gerald by this summer would be a huge catalyst. Analysts would discount the future revenue guidance and attribute huge net present value to AMBS by the end of summer. IMHO. I see it heating up soon and an up listing by August or September.
Not 100% but I think Gerald has done a great job positioning us to be here right now. We are on the verge of a major breakthrough. The prominence of the people he has hired and gathered around him suggests they take him seriously. I do, too!
If you look at all the hires Gerald has made recently, you have to believe he is convinced the stock price will rise dramatically and that he is dead serious about up listing very soon! To up list AMBS must be at least in the .20 to .25 cent range, triple from where we are now. He has said he wants to up list this summer. Obviously, Gerald has a handful of catalysts he knows will accomplish this. We'll soon find out what they are.
JP on Ihub emailed Gerald about it and got an email back verifying that MANF's patents are NOT being contested! Gerald said he was getting tired of all these rumors.
Sammyvaugh/coldcoffee/bankerboy: You're like a little child with your posts begging me to come out and play with you. Look, I've got work to do. Now you run along and play. Maybe you could pretend to run a Regional Bank today? That would be fun! Now run along.
bankerboy: If you were to stop posting, "that alone could move the share price....well...at least to maybe 8 cents...all by itself!!!"
I'm not too sure Gerald can or wants to blame the old CFO for misstating bonuses to Gerald and his Dad. They'll all try to handle this discretely.
MANF is most likely the Bio-Marker. His Lawyers are helping him in negotiations, along with us who have licensed his invention, to partner with a Big Pharma. Good news is coming on the MANF/Diabetes/Wolframs front.
It's clear you THREE STOOGES all come from the same mother! One whack job, posting under multiple aliases having fake conversations with himself! That is really sad. Who would stoop this low?
bhuston: This has not been a very good few days. I understand your frustration with Gerald, but perhaps in fairness we should wait and see how well he orchestrates the catalysts he has lined up for the next 3 months. If we get to mid July and we are still trading below .10 cents, then maybe your suggestions should be considered then. I think if he has us trading above .20 cents and ready to up list...you might be singing a different tune. I'm not ready to throw Gerald under the bus. We need to give him a little more time to execute his plans.
LymPro matches a blood test that already has a CPT code. That test charged $1,800 and got reimbursement from Medicare. Zoomboom posted a couple of weeks ago on yahoo about that code. AMBS will have to come up with a price and justify it to Medicare. Elli Lilly's procedure for detecting AD costs $3,000. It was rejected by Medicare for reimbursement because it cost too much for the benefit if offered. I doubt LymPro will cost $1,800 but I doubt it will ever be sold for less than $100. Gerald told me in Las Vegas that they will charge more at first and then lower the price as volume increases. He didn't specify what that price would be. I wouldn't be surprised if it started out above $1,000 and then gradually got lowered to the $300 to $600 range. Reimbursement from Medicare and Insurance Companies is the key that will cause our stock price to EXPOLDE because people worldwide will come in and take the LymPro test in droves and LymPro will become the INDUSTRY STANDARD for AD early detection.
kerryfairy: How far you've slipped from your "Angry Professor Persona!" Now you just sound like your goopy bankerboy & bigbuffoon aliases.
