Yes you're right, as I've state here many times, I was the lead pumper for Gerald....until he started lying. The reason I'm not a "kool aid gang" member is because I wouldn't drink the kool aid. (The lies)

I will probably never stop enjoying mocking the kool aiders.

AMBS could really be a great investment in 2016.....maybe.

  • Oh wait a minute, now it's even lower in the twos! Correction, I was right again for not listening to the kool aiders!! Multiple Choice Question: Which is the greater number: 1) The number of stars in the universe, or 2) The number of times the kool aid gang can be wrong? The answer is #2. The number of stars in the universe is a fixed number, but the number of times the kool aid gang can be wrong is infinite!

I think I have admitted I was wrong to ever trust Gerald. It took me until after the July 2014 Conference Debacle to begin to realize this and then until about April of 2015 to totally realize Gerald couldn't be trusted. I began selling in the .12 cent range all the way down to the .07 cent range. I sold because I could no longer afford the risk of keeping it in AMBS, due to "life events." But, I made it through a tough year, paid the taxes on my AMBS gains, got a new job, and am moving forward. I'm glad I didn't listen to you or any of the kool aiders here who "waitedtoolong" to pull out their money!! I'll wait for an appropriate time to re-invest.....if AMBS is still viable. I do find it immensely entertaining to have these discussions with so many of you who attacked me like a pack of wolves last year. The chickens have come home to roost, or He who laughs last....laughs best, or of those sayings applies here....LOL!

Apparently I'm powerful enough to get you to "not move along" and come back and post the above diatribe! I may be obtuse, but I'm not under water like you and the others who "waitedtoolong." LOL! Hope you don't do as badly in your next investment!!

Oh, and thanks for thinking I'm powerful enough to have an impact on the AMBS stock price. You make me blush. Really, I'm flattered. For you to place more blame on me than Gerald for AMBS' current situation is as nice a thing as anyone has ever said about me. I must be really smart to have that had kind of power! I'm going to miss you.

BSR: Based on our investment decisions over the past year as it concerns AMBS, I'd have to agree with you that my investment decisions appear to have been more prudent than yours. As for old Joe, I really don't care what he may have done 30 years ago, based on what he and management have done here at Amarantus over the past year.....they're deplorable! Mistakes can be forgiven, but not if they're never acknowledged. Management here has never leveled with us, that's why I disrespect them all.

I think old Joe Rubenfeld filled John and Gerald's minds with the scheme you posted above years ago. The strategy is needed to scam small retail investors into investing in a start up company like AMBS trying to get a pre-clinical miracle drug like MANF off the ground. It takes hundreds of millions of dollars over 10 to 15 years. Obviously, the strategy of picking up these other discarded assets was a ploy to keep short term interest teeming with shareholders....to keep them buying more shares as the company dilutes and dilutes and dilutes....always promising "shareholder value" in the "near term" through things like "financial engineering," etc, etc, etc,. Gerald doesn't even bother to go back and explain stuff like CPT Codes, which was the reason he said we didn't partner on Lympro way back in January 2014. He said it had increased Lympro's value many many times!! Yet we've heard nothing on that subject. He does this with everything. He must think we don't have memories. Or maybe he simply doesn't think at all.

I'm not the one up side down. But I'm glad you have patience and know how to swim. My feet are firmly planted on safe ground and sound principles; I got out as my "concerns" escalated. Your pride is what keeps you doubling down, not sound investment principles. You're just deceiving yourself to assuage your torment over having botched this investment! Another tip: don't invest in a company where the CEO has an established public track record of lying. Are you writing these tips down into your investment club's notes to be discussed at the next meeting? LOL!

BSR: Here is a financial tip for you: buying a risky biomed penny stock is not the same class of asset as home. The risks in these two investments are extremely different. Viewing them similarly as your analogy has done.....is amateurish. Many biomed stocks like AMBS never recover, whereas home values almost always do.

Punishing CEOs for lying is not unusual. I have been saying AMBS management needs to be held accountable for over a year and was ridiculed by warp for thinking that shareholders could hold the CEO accountable. Well, I'm giving you all a seminar on how to do that. The sentiment among shareholders will not improve until AMBS management accounts for their lies.

Unless Bellyballs posted it as a New Topic I'm not going to go through all the posts to find it. You're going to have to copy and paste it here for us to discuss it. It appears we both have a case of laziness.

BSR: You know how lazy I am. I'm not going to look up the post in question. But if you'd like to copy and paste the pertinent parts here for all to observe....I'd be happy to respond. As for my knowledge being incapable of raising or lowering the stock price....you're probably right. I guess I just do this because mocking the kool aiders is such fun. And, I'm keeping an eye out for a good time to re-invest. That time hasn't come.

Hey Swain, when the stock gets low enough....I'll re-invest. Hows that for a novel idea? Gerald thought he could lie to us and dilute the stock. That's his strategy. To counter that my strategy has been to sell out above .07 to .12 cents range and then bash the stock price down to a point low enough to re-enter. What's your strategy? The AMBS BOD's strategy should be to come clean with shareholders and fire Gerald.
