if they go to Iran I sell every share I own, that will be a move that tells me the upper echelon is extremely stupid
I look more at the sell off as someone dumping rapidly and with no care for loss then it just came back, I don't see anything special here except the sell off by someone indiscriminately.
look in the mirror #$%$, you do more name calling I just call out stupid which is you. I tried numerous times to help Swilla over an hour period you have done more name calling and stupid comments than anyone on this board you have earned ignore
on Schedule 2 drugs (read rexista) they need an American partner and it has to be manufactured here in the US, In canada they don't have a partner yet only the US for Focalin but they are negotiating for other countries now. It will be in 2014 but they will have more partners but none they fear will take their technology.
sorry about but I couldn't remember the name of his company just his name and when I googled it gave me IVC first and I didn't look further, my mistake but I did post that several times and the website has worked for everyone that has posted except you so far. When you go to it you have to wait a minute for it to kick in and I mean literally a minute or more. Then the volume is way down and I had it full tilt and had to hold it to my ear since I am hard of hearing. GLTU I sure wish i could get the news on some other investments so I could buy here but fully loaded currently.
I am sorry I posted wrong Kirin Smith is from Proactive Capital Group and he will get back with you if contacted their. or if you email IPCI he will be the one to respond, he responded to me w email giving his cell phone which unfortunately I deleted after talking to him but he called me back within minutes of leaving my phone number. very personable and knowledgable but the web cast is up now just low volume.
I have told you that the webcast is up as you where told, I have personally listened to it and I have also given you the name of the person who handles IR, Kirin Smith, CEO of Proactive Capital Group. I am sure he is a busy man and not sitting at the phone waiting for your call, if you can't leave a message and contact number then you must not really care or listen to the webcast as it is working and also others have heard it as reported on this MB
you are correct is is proactive capital group he used to be with the other, thanks for reminding me that, the webcast is up and is working but very hard to hear and it has the whole presentation.
my opinion is that they didn't give any new news about milestone or guidance with revenue and some including myself where anticipating that. It wasn't a bad but not a uplifting presentation.
other pertinent information
1) Focalin income will allow them to pursue other Rexista drugs beside oxycodone on other opiates
2) They also have interests outside US on Focalin partnerships
3) They hope going forward once revenues come in to do an ANDA per quarter
4) no mention of milestone from PAR only of gross profit sharing but no % breakdown
5)SEROQuel XR holds great potential as they have a settlement with Astrovenicca on producing generic where other major generics went to court and lost so with FDA approval they will be able to sell well before others in 2016 when patent is up.
good analysis and I agree and why I sold near the high of the day, there will be lots of opportunity to replace it lower until the problems you stated are corrected, luckily beans are still above $12 but the ethanol problem has taken the hot air out of corn and land prices for the time being.
I emailed IR, he emailed me back with his personal cell phone number, I called left a message and he called me back within minutes early in the morning before market opened. This is a PJ problem not a IPCI problem. That should have read Value and not Vkue
they didn't explain to him properly or he didn't hear it properly, I have spoken with the gentleman that heads the IR of IPCI and he is the CEO of Intrinsic Vkue Capital and he does IR for over 30 companies and is very knowledgable, rather than berate you need to do DD and understand this is cheaper than having your own IR dept for a company with 22 million shares. This guy will take your call personally and speak to you knowledgeably..
No the IR department is run by the CEO of Intrinsic Value Capital in NYC and his name was Kirin Smith. YOu can google him if you like or talk to him, he will personally take your call. I was very pleased with his knowledge and willingness to discuss issues. Rather than be upset I would call and he will correct it.
they also stated that if they needed more manufacturing area they would move administrative offices out and use the single facility they are in now to take care of the additional demand and get new administrative offices since the facility had been FDA approved.
their IR dept is done by a company in NYC and the gentleman is the CEO of that company, he will email or talk to right away, I spent 15 minutes talking to him the other day, he is very nice, I am sure if you email him he will look into it right away. A lot of small caps let others do their IR, this gentleman does IR for over 30 companies but seemed to be very knowledgable. I would be interested in what he has to say.
you did well my friend. the IPCi conference call got all screwed up by PJ and most of it was another company so will have to wait til archived to hear the presentation, what a mess by PJ
