I would agree with all the no votes beloyw, add to it that there is no benefit to stockholders to sell below NAV, If they cant make enough money with the stock they have already sold to get the stock price up then why sell and lower value more. They need to get stock price up to get stockholders to want to give them more.

did you hear that Obama visited a psychic after the depressing election returns and asked her when he would die. She said on a jewish holiday and he asked her which one. She said it didnt matter which day he died it would be a Jewish holiday

does any of you that have been in this stock for longer than a year remember when they didnt exceed earnings and how long ago that was?? I think we beat handily again and shoujld have good expectations with the addition of the oncology drug last quarter and Havoni this quarter for Q4 I am looking for $125 by end of Jan 2015 barring a market meltdown maybe even in december with a Santa Claus rally

they could come out with an announcement that they werent cutting the dividend tomorrow for 2015 and no one but a few would believe it as the banks will control that situation as well as oil and natural gas prices and not the BOD who can change their mind the next day as the market tells them. I am very long (50k shares and sold 200 contracts of $7.50 puts) and it would be an irrational statement in my opinion for them to make but they wont make it. I have no doubt they will announce a dividend for jan, feb and march and maybe april but after that it is in jeopardy unless oil prices rebound by that time (not likely). Patience is the name of the game here and not quick draws or hype or panic.

    IPCI solid investment for CEO

using that logic why did they pay themselves bonuses and cause the stock price to go down so much when they could have forgone bonuses and pay since they own so much. Answer: they arent as smart as one thinks, therefore I liquidated my 130k shares took my loss and marked it up as a learning leson on small cap sub $5 stocks and CEOs that own too much stock.

  • throwing up in the latryn as their dividend is cut as predicted, crying in the bath stall as their price has gone from 11.50 to $8.26, give me some more negative votes but you should be slapping yourself for not listening to reason as your capital has disappeared in one of the biggest bull markets ever. The lost opportunity would bother me more than the capital loss. NOW THAT SAID, management did some very smart things today as they have 5% exposure to the oil industry and a lot of their loans will become non accruing along with the fact that since they arent issuing more shares or new debt they will not be making Loan origination fees to support distribution. These are actions of good business men and they arent waiting for the sun to set on making good decisions. Today was probably a buying opportunity as many have lost faith and are selling out just when they should have waited to buy. AND WHO is a buyer your old friend SLICK, more of you should listen to him as he is one of the few smart people on this board. NO I AM NOT slick. You may not like his bravado but he does seem to be a brilliant trader. and for those of you that believe they are fake what difference does that make, he makes the calls and they are correct. Why dont you post your buys and sells even if they are fake and we can see if you can do as well. And for all of you that have held on forever, you will never learn. CD holders always lose buying power the longer they =hold the more they are assured of losing. If there werent so many great buying opportunities in the oil industry coming up I would have bought here today also but there are easy doubles in the next 3 yrs in the oil EPs here today and that will be my concentration specifically BBEP

that is a very stupid question, first it would be acknowledging insider information which is criminal, nice try shorty,
SEcond any one can look at the option activity on this stock and there is hardly any on calls and less on puts on small potato type open interest. So you have done little to no research on this issue at all. If the bid ask on the puts wasnt so extreme it would be a good insurance policy in case the 1% chance of non approval happens. But there is more activity in this low float stock than there is in the option pit.

since then you have given all of your dividend back in stock price lost, you have loaned them your money for free plus paid taxes on what you got back. Such a great investment to hold. the two year down trend is intact. IMO the reasons are why I got out
    1) selling below NAV
    2) management more interested in management fees than profit per share
    3) little reason for this to rally as there is no per share growth
    4) eventually the bubble breaks in these types of quasi ponzi schemes IMO
    5) sub prime lending or scavenger bottom feeding very similar to the sub prime lending in real estate that went south several years ago.
It is your money that you are lending and eventually losing if not actually losing as you have for the last two years then as a lost opportunity with S&P up over 20% per year and this going down.

writers like you are why I quit reading SA articles, you have an agenda that is very clear and very misleading. You have repeated lies and should not be a writer for anyone as your facts are inaccurate and actually you should be sued for your misrepresentation. It is writers like you that help cost some people lots of money.

Impact of hedges on dividend distribution

it will help on the loan requirements and help meet cash flow for 2015 to pay distributions and pay down debt if they discontinue distribution and will continue to help pay down loan to 2016 at which time hopefully oil will recover. More important are the merger agreements on distribution and bank requirements for lending that will determine how and when or if there is a reduction or cessation of distribution. The market is pricing in to a certain degree that there will be a cut and a substantial one as no one pays 26% except on credit cards.

it is a $560 pill to most not $1000 you have to understand the medical industry. They put big price tags on so the insurance can negotiate them down.

my goal for 2015 is $150 so why would I want to sell now and not keep this as a long term capital gain with half the taxes.

  • rlbeard6734 by rlbeard6734 Nov 4, 2014 3:15 PM Flag

looks very probable, this could be my big gainer for 2015, just a few things need to be answered and taken care of and it will be a double.

looking at a 5 yr chart it is back in the channel that it has violated only twice in the last five years, it is very good, if you werent in you should have taken advantage of the selloff this month it wont likely happen again for a long time as in years and at a much higher price even then.

are you crazy, the only ones doing better are the upper 5% the middle class took a haircut and have $3000 less per family in buying power and that was according to a democrat analyst during election returns last night. If he is doing so well how come the republicans kicked butt last night in the house, senate and govenors. Now that Obama doesnt have Reid to control the do nothing senate he will have to grow balls and veto by himself. That will make the democrats even more popular. The market did well under Eisenhower, Reagan, Nixon, and Kennedy (I know kennedy was a democrat but economically he was a republican he gave us huge tax cuts)
