trying to close entire position but would rather close short leg first as I expect Qcor to be stronger. but the order is in to close calls and puts on Qcor as a spread but my QCOR oct 75 calls are not very liquid.

I doubt that many are following my move today as I would not normally close out today but I got 1/2 of what I started for and I have 3 houses I am going to build next month and I need the cash and dont want to wait until I HAVE to have the funds, taking profits and booking them and having the cash available to pour those foundations and build those walls. My need for cash outweighed what I normally would do. MNK going down today is a little unsettlingbut I would assume more are putting on the spread as it is still quite good and the announcement today shortened the possible waiting period.

and that accounts for the spread narrowing so much this afternoon, I closed all my MNK short calls around noon and sold all my qcor stock and covered all puts down only to 100 oct 75 calls Qcor and 100 oct 65 puts Qcor booked over 100k on this play in several months. Been a good trade, hope argopuche is doing well also.

I think today was the final blow off not that it will rebound without some really great news but the blow off is over IMO so at least tomorrow will not see anymore of this sell off. The volume associated with todays selling should have washed all the weak hands for now. That said I still think this was a terrible ER and PR report that has drastically altered my outlook for this company. I doubt they can repair that unless some super news is forthcoming promptly. I feel mislead as others and this could be the first time that I would consider being a lead plaintiff in a lawsuit against any company. The increase in Rand D is okay the bonuses are not. They speak much more than the money amount. The fact they own so much only makes it harder to change this problem if not impossible. The character of the people involved has been tainted What I was told by IR was misleading IMO

they cant see your personal margin but they do see the total margin out for everyone together as reported by the brokerages. so they do use the numbers.

it is fine I can take the ribbing, yes today cost me 60k but I have lost more in one day and made more so it is not a great big deal. I thank you all for your support, I do feel that I have had a change of mind with this report. It makes it clear to me that the Odidis arent as smart as I thought and that they are what I call stupid greedy. meaning they take short term bonuses against long term gains of huge stock increases since they own so much, this is being treated as their personal piggy bank and when I get the opportunity I will be slowing exiting this stock and going elsewhere and not looking back. Once I lose faith in management it is a SELL. this report has not given any information, is totally anti stock holder and holds little hope imo for the future. I made the decision to get in big and that is hopefully only my problem, I can write it off against other gains this year not that that makes it any better but at least Obama wont have his hand so deep in my pocket and maybe I can avoid his 3.8% on stock gains for obamacare. I cant believe this country is so stupid to elect progressively worse politicians. We need another Ronald Reagan.

if they are using different reporting for different quarters they are opening theirselves up to a large lawsuit

I think it is all speculation, there is no indication they didnt report revenue for 3 months.

the answer to that is to be decided by the SEC when I was a doctor in a small town I got investigated for a large trade in a local company and I knew none of the execs. You just never know sometimes they do things just to scare people. The point is to be careful what you post and what you say. If you get the call it wont be inexpensive.

you may be correct but I am not sure the sell off is over would wait til later in week, this was the worst report one could expect with absolutely nothing positive in the PR. all negative.so the blood may all be in the street. I just need a positive to hold or buy and I see none at this point Maybe later this month. They did dilute another million shares.

the revenues were sick, the worse is the Ceo and his wife chose bonuses over stock appreciation when they own a lot of stock, tellimg me that they arent as smart as I thought.

are you a lonely old man as I see nothing in your posts that indicate any information that is useful, however if your reading ability was a little more astute you would have seen that my option trade returned 12% return for one month if HZNP was over 16 by 7/19 and 5% if not at that particular time. While many laughed at my cheap sell out it looks like they are the ones that arent laughing now as we are sub 15 and I will likely be able to roll my calls to August. I find it is the young impetuous that are so egotistical to think everything goes straignt up and are not eager to learn except by failure esp if it is an old man.

I have one thing to say in response BS , when the stock gets to a profitable point for me again I am selling all I have and never looking back. That report was pathetic and they gave NO hope TEBERB was very smart to exit at open.

did you read the whole balance Sheet, or go you realize that they have so much cash because they sold more stock and diluted more. I would normally not tell you this because I want to sell 120000 shares but it will now take me a considerable time to get price back up to do so. I am really disgusted with the fact that the execs paid the bonuses to both the Odidis at a loss to the company and a great loss to stockholders, it has changed my entire view of this stock. This report has skunk oil all over it. even your good news is bad news. They havent lived up to one thing this year so far. My patience is definitely thin This was one of the most disgusting stock reports I have seen in 30 yrs of stock investing.
