  • Albert level 2 is during trading time.
If you want to look at trading quotes for the day after trading is finished for the day go to NASDAQ AFTER HOURS QUOTES
Go to KERX and then on the left side in the blue box you will see summary quote.
On the next page you will see NEWS PRICE CHARTS TRADE HISTORY
    ANNUAL REPORT EARNINGS REPORT DATE

In the middle is TRADE HISTORY. Click on that and the next page will ask which time slot you want to look at trades for the day. Find 15:30-16:00
I saw several 9000 plus sales, and 7000 and 8000 sales.

I use the AFTER HOURS to see what is happening in the AH.
For example when you see the price drop a lot in AH and you are scratching your head trying to figure out why it is going down, come here and see how many shares are causing this. Many times you will see a 10,15,20 cent drop in AH and when you look you will see that only a couple of hundred shares are causing the fluctuation. That's just the computers jacking around ion the AH.

Hope this helps you, and GOOD LUCK

  • Read my post about options. I think we are about ready to take off.
I said that today also, and it didn't happen. We had strong support several times today but the dang computers beat it down lower several times. You can thank people for running too tight a stop limits for that.
I still feel good for tomorrow.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • On Monday calls were still very heavy at 12, and that is one big reason why I sold Tuesday at 14.23.
Yesterday I saw the 12 calls gone and we were heavy at 15, and 17 with a decent amount at 16.
NOW the 15, and 16 is very small leaving 17 calls VERY HEAVY.
That could be betting on good news coming out of Europe in the next week or so.
What ever the reason Option calls are pointing up and not just a little.
It sure looks to me like a nice run is coming.
I mentioned the other day I do day trade here and sometimes even trade my long position like earlier this week.
The risk of missing a big run just increased in my opinion. I will day trade but only the extra day trade shares now.
GLTA longs and lets get going

  • NO!!!
I sold on Tuesday at 14.23 and glad I did. I rebought in this morning at 12.90
I was so sure we were going higher that I never sold to rebuy lower. OH WELL.
If it pulls back more tomorrow I am thinking it is only a small amount, BUT tomorrow could be the day we take off.
I still think we are going higher tomorrow, and as I posted earlier I believe we would have gone up today if people were not setting tight stops all day long. Every time we had momentum we got pulled back down.
Hopefully we have a good script number tomorrow.
    GLTA longs.

We are not going to take off as long as stupid people keep setting tight stops.
Every time we start to get going we get pulled back down.

    xbi is almost positive
ibb is positive market slowly going green, so we should go up this afternoon.
    Still battling at 12.80 though

Quite a pathetic battle today. First in the 12.90's and now in the 12.80's.
I still think we go up this afternoon but I could be wrong.
If we don't go up today good chance tomorrow if the market does not get killed again.
I loaded up this morning at 12.90 when we first started to go up, so it makes sense that we cant get going.

Janet I am doing both. Occasionally I sell my long position and re buy lower. I got tired of watching it go up and then watch the profits disappear when it goes back down. If I sell my long position after the stock runs up, I usually re buy later in the day, while I day trade in and out during the middle of the day.
Yesterday I did not buy back in at EOD because of the way the market was acting. Also, the xbi, and ibb really sold off at EOD.
Today with the lowsy cpi number I just watched when I could. I was on duty today (I am a firefighter/paramedic). With the lowsy market and being on duty and not being able to watch it much, I decided not to buy in today. I will buy back in tomorrow when I am off duty and can just sit and watch it.
By selling yesterday and not touching it today I just saved myself over 90 cents of pull back.
There is coming a time in the not to distant future where I will just hold my long position and just day trade extra shares to make extra money on my off days.
    Good Luck
    Rich

Well the full gap did not get covered today.
With the big sell off at EOD I am wondering if we will have a bad day tomorrow.
I almost rebought at 13.75 but I really thought we were going lower. I missed that one being defensive.
xbi, ibb really sold off the last couple of hours, so I am really wondering if we have a bad day tomorrow.
I will be busy at work tomorrow and don't have any time to watch it. I will evaluate the market in the morning but I am thinking to set a bid at 13.60. That's 63 cents lower than where I sold, so I am protecting my profits and then even if it does go lower it will bounce shortly after that.
That's my plan, hope you trade well tomorrow.
    Good Luck

nice bounce off 13.68, but didn't quite fill the full gap.
Looks like it will happen today.

Sorry I did not articulate my thought.
Once we broke that 13.94 support I am now wondering where we go from here.
Its about to break 13.90 and go lower.
xbi, and ibb were both up several dollars and both are now negative.
I have not done any trading in a couple of hours. I believe we may see that 13.60 ish area by EOD. If I am wrong then I think we will see it tomorrow.
xbi,ibb going down, and market pullback is picking up steam.
Lets fill that gap and then get going.

They just broke 13.94 which was the initial support yesterday.
Looks like it was a stop take out.
Seems like we are in a down trend for possibly the rest of the day.
Either we bounce in 1.5-2 hours, or we keep pulling back and possibly to that gap by EOD or tomorrow morning.
As I said before I would rather get this gap out of the way and let us go back to going up.

I don't blame you. The last time I blew off the gap I watched it go down scratching my head as to what was going on. At that time I did not understand the gap concept.
I sold at 14.23 this morning. I have done a couple of quick day trades since then being defensive today.
We have broke through a coupe of support levels from yesterday.
If we break through 13.94 who knows where we end up at EOD.
I would rather fill the gap today or tomorrow and get it out of its system, and then get going back up again.

Thanks for the heads up on the gap, I missed it.
After the Dec., Jan. pullback I am being overly cautious.
We had a nice support at 13.96 and then 14.02-14.04.
Nice run up to 14.30 only to have those dang computers beat it back down.
Nice support in afternoon at 14.10 until they beat it down to 14.02 at EOD..
With the support going up it looked good until EOD.
Now that you have mentioned the gap I will really be watching it the next couple of days.
Thanks from those that missed that gap.

Are we locked into +/- 13 until after Friday?

    by davecarmen48 Mar 18, 2015 12:37 PM

The other day we were heavier at $ 12 calls. Then the 12 and 13 went away leaving 14 calls the heaviest. Now the 12 and 13's are coming back and right now 12 is heavier.
14 puts are really heavy so without really good script numbers on Friday I think we will dip back into high 12's where we have been. Tomorrow will say a lot. If we run up in the morning into mid 13's we have a good chance of staying in the 13's. If it stays in low 13's I would not be surprised if we went back to high 12's on Friday.
At this time the 15 calls are really heavy for April. A big pull back in the market may unfortunately change that though- may be, may be not time will tell.

Computers working OT to keep it in high 12's. We jump to 13 and they pull us back.
At least we are holding pretty close to even, so at least we are not going down.
I also agree with you that we see 15 again soon its just a matter of when.

I thought the one year was a couple of weeks ago, and would have been mentioned in the quarterly report. I was off a few weeks on the one year. This SHOULD create another positive catalyst, and with several others on the horizon hopefully we have seen bottom just keep going up.
A crppy market is on my mind like so many of you BUT god news and good script numbers can and will over shadow the crppy market.
We did pretty good this week and call options right now show us staying in the 13's. We do have 5 trading days for that to change, but hopefully good news just takes us even higher.
If a crppy market just keeps us in the 13's this next week that's ok too, at least we are up, and then we go higher.

Sadie that may be why we have held up pretty well this week on several crppy market days.
Yesterday strong support at 12.85. Today we bounced off there one time and then found nice support levels higher. Again on a crppy market.
I see we are now have very strong options at $13 calls that expire next Friday.
Great news could always take that higher, and hopefully that's the case.
