    Investor Call...

I agree. There will be no dual listing. When they mentioned retiring stock and listing in Hong Kong I think they are checking -with lawyers- about buying all the shares and then listing in Hong Kong. Retiring the current stock could be their way of saying buyout. Of the things GURE mentioned about increasing shareholder value the only active thing they disclosed was talking to lawyers and financial institutions about dual listing- retiring shares and relisting. The transcript or translaltion of the call was not clear on some questions though - at least to me. Nothing will happen till they are sure about the permits and and more information about the gas discovery. If there is a big buyer they would be making their move by now. No SEC filings on big buyers although I am not sure some foreign buyers will bother to file. What are they going to do to them? Look at the Chinese companies that went dark listed in the US - what can be done about it?

    GURE thoughts

It is all up to GURE if the share price is going higher. I don't think a dividend is the answer unless it is high enough and raised often. True a dividend can put a floor on the share price but it can also put cap on it. They should use the cash to grow the company and not take on debt. I also don't think a share buy back will do much. If the market doesn't like a company with as much cash and low debt as GURE has - and with a low P/E - and with a future looking very promising for growth even without the gas discovery - what difference is a couple of million shares less going to really make with a Chinese smaller cap company . GURE has credibility with most about its cash and financial reporting - there are many mutual funds and institutions investing in China - get their interst.

Conference Call -- Company Needs Investor Relations

I have for a long time wanted GURE to do more to get their 'message" out to institution and large investors. If GURE would spend up to $2 million with the right PR groups this could be done. Target institutions and funds. If they could get some interest from funds and institutions they could consider and open house of sorts and bring the potential investors to China and show them what they got! An inhouse road show.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • do? Unfortunately the only thing that will substantially raise the share price and sustain the increase is GURE announcing steps that are in the process to raise the share price. They need to say what actions are under way - not what they are studying or thinking about. If they are sincere it is time to do something - not talk about it. It is up to management to take steps to increase shareholder value! The gas discovery helped but the share price should be at least $4 with this announcement. It should be $4 on earnings its earnings without the gas discovery. GURE's earnings and gas discovery are not going to raise and sustain the share price unless management takes the necessary steps to show they are aware of their shareholders. I hope they are asked over and over again about raising the share price.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • action on the obvious price manipulation of GURE's share price? If the SEC would get involved - even with an inquiry could eliminate some of the manipulation.... Also with any help from the SEC on the price and GURE's managements acknowledgement that GURE is worth $8 a share with out the gas discovery - what are some thoughts on this making it difficult for GURE to be bought too cheaply? I realize it is difficult to get the SEC involved and it would take legal action on GURE's $8 value statement.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy
