I have been a stockholder. my recent posts explained some of my reasons to be over cautious. Mainly that the company is financially unsustainable. The window of opportunity in getting their products off the ground is long passed IMO.
One does not have to be a current stockholder to follow a stock, don't you agree.
Now change what are the reasons behind your DD that would compel anybody to buy here and now.
good luck All
something like hiring the fox to guard the henhouse...................
I,m not so sure that I would want a competitor in the same industry as chairman of my BOD.........seems to me it lends itself to a conflict in interest........
Good luck All
should have his head examined. I think they examine heads for free under Obamacare......
All the pumpers still can give no valid reasons to buy. Kind of makes one wonder just what they are doing here..............................
well Max, I suggest he model Opko after some company other than Teva, they seem to have a long road back to any glory they once had. I don't know if that's to Dr. Frost's credit or not, but I think there are serious management problems now. A very talented man no doubt, but I imagine he's losing some of his flock now.........good luck All
and what do we get, infighting and overinflated egos at the expense of the welfare of the company. Frost's position a conflict of interest based on his myriad business endeavors in the same industry IMHO.. good luck A..
excactly hanna, nothing more than annoyance, seems he never gets tired of being a jerk....................good luck All
No, no reason to bash, just amazes me how blind this board is to any constructive discussion, bearish or bullish. good luck All
"negativity is not welcomed" , If that doesn't say it all.........
yes I was out four months ago. made a tiny profit, but that's not my point.
give the board some solid dd with reasons to buy, instead of just wild pumping.........good luck All
max, you spelled it all out, and on target. A good assessment of the picture. No doubt Frost runs the show. Too bad, I think his interests are conflicting. Don't know what his agenda is, but he has one for sure...........good luck All
the trend nova, who will do the buying to prop this company up. Just where are the buying signals? The company offers no news, no progress on the science, CEO is a failure IMO, who will do the buying?....................good luck All
Punynation, you bash lots of stocks, don't you ever get tired of being a jerk?
Is the pay that good?
the company is gasping for air, the stock drops daily, but pump continues. Who would possibly invest here now without some very compelling reasons for doing so? This company missed their chance and time is against them at this point. I make a very small profit here and was out 4 months ago.
Would I like to make a killing with a 4 cent stock? You bet. But, what are the reasons to buy now?
good luck All.
for any plans he may have for Opko and Teva IMHO. He is an elderly man and is working on his exit strategy no doubt................good luck All
fine tune the preferred, class A, etc., there will undoubtedly be a dilution, hopefully to a lesser extent as I have heard directly.
is this the point of interest in all the talk of the positioning of the stock? Seems for most the answer is yes.
Hard to tell how it may break down, news coming may make a difference, albeit we are so under any radar that it is hard to guess.
Management is fully aware of the need for liquidity. I do believe that Dr. Cauwenbergh has a strong interest in progessing this company. The fact that he progresses this company on time and below budget still intrigues me. He is no a young man, but has a history of successes. His current mission with his staff along with Dr. Mello and his friend Dr. Frost is his primary interest IMHO. Not a young man, RXI's success will be the finale of an accomplished career.
Never underestimate the human element........
So, my question, over and above all the stock talk is; can RXI-109 make it? If so, some dilution will not matter to a great degree, and I honestly believe our CEO is totally dedicated to this result.
Who would be invested here otherwise? good luck All
Punynation, I see your boss has given you overtime assignment, You are posting overtime on many MB's. He might have sent you in for a little more training at least. You have no information for the board...............what's up with that?
Well, one has to do what one has to do to feed his family...............Don't blame the poor lad.
Only wish you had some good info. Oh, I forgot. You guys don't have info..........
good luck All..........
