No.. Come on. No pumper alert necessary. As a practice, I am long everything. Long does not mean I do not sell. But I am far, far from a day trader. In the end, with a well diverse and relatively conservative portfolio, you will win by staying LONG. That does not mean to be stupid. In the case of Apple, I do believe the longs will succeed. The market is volatile. Just look at the fundamentals of a corp, seek out decent dividends, "do not be a pig", and watch for a corp that is out of touch (example RIMM....I rode that wave long 3-4 times and did well. But I saw the end.) That is not the case with Apple. It's numbers support long-term growth.

Do not entertain this person nor think this person to be "white" or a "thief". We do not know who this person is. But this person will be exposed. And this person can answer for themselves when exposed. And proudly stand behind their remarks. No worries. Just have a pleasant weekend. This person is entitled to their beliefs. That is what makes this country great. What also makes this country great is the ease in tracking anonymous comments and putting a face behind the comment and accountability for it. This person has the right to say what they want. That is not a crime. And we are blessed for that. As we are blessed to have a DOJ!!!!!!!!!!! LOL!!!!!

CHILLLLLLLLLL out. Apple is a strong buy. At any price now. I am not waiting for those who think this will go to 300. Con grats to those who do. I am holding and accumulating. And will do so whether this goes up or down. I will accumulate through 450. That is MY opinion. And Apple has been good for me. FYI: I beleive Morgan Stanley recommends a "hold" or "accumulate" now. I agree.

AHEAD OF BELL. Like someone told me about Google. At 700 a share.....a drop of even 70 dollars on Google is like a 70 dollar stock dropping to 63. If Apple drops 10 bucks....it's not that much. The market is weird. It seems like sometimes news that people perceive as "not great"....send a stock higher. I am not making any fast moves here!!!!!!!

we want to know the TRUTH! By issuing that release, if nobody comes forward, that will be a relief. But indeed that firm is protecting us by what they do!!!!!!!!!! And I do personally have faith in them and the attorney that specializes in this area. Again, I say this as a shareholder and I have not spoken to them. But their reputation and their fleshing out the issue as whether there might be a "whistleblower" is a service that we need as shareholders. It costs us nothing.

That is unfortunate. I was LOOOONG from 330 to 700. I jumped at 680. Then I went long again. Now I have gone long again. I just have an attitude. Be LONG. Just do not be a pig. If you have made decent money as a long.....pick a get out number.

I am a shareholder and would not personally work on ANY case v. Apple. However, if Apple HAS done anything illegal, we must know the truth. And I say that as a shareholder. There is a law firm that put out a press release announcing an investigation. I have not spoken to that firm (Hagens Berman) about this matter, but I did a little research and besidesknowing Hagens Berman to be a very fine law firm, I did not know that the attorney who is a specialist in whistle blowing cases was handling this. He is a fine attorney. I have not spoken to him in years. But I will vouch that he IS a fine attorney. And as a shareholder, as much as I HOPE that there is no whistleblower out there, if there is one, then they should come forward because as a shareholder, I do think we are all entitled to the FULL TRUTH. And speaking as a shareholder and NOT speaking as an attorney, Hagens Berman has an excellent reputation. I personally have my doubts in any whistle blower as Apple's auditors have not resigned, but if there is one......let us know the truth.
