Trading is tight inside the Bollinger Bands.. Could see a breakout

  • This was reported by Walgreens April Sales numbers release, Shopping Traffic was down 5.9% (YOY) year over year.
Walgreens also reported that its pharmacy with related OTC products written with a prescription, increased, but with a lower billing/ reimbursement payment.
In a YOY comparison Walgreens is showing a 26 million dollar increase from last April's comp Sales..
Recalling that it was estimated this Company took a 5 billion dollar loss last year from a Prescription Contract impasse. .this new contract withincreased patients counts....., has now been using Walgreens stores for the last 8 months.
Aprilst earning reported increase.. does not warrant the current selling Price when a investor adds in Rx counts from the Buyouts/Spend of K-Mart customers and Drug Mart Rx patients...all these additional customers are not showing up in Walgreens Reported customer traffic, however the Rx medication sales are.
In addition to more 90 day fills being billed for revenue..

Wall-street analysts are not commenting on this declining trend of instore shopping at Walgreens store but are quick to put out a $50+ price tag on this stock. that has 8000 store locations with Mega Stores popping up Weekly and less folks shopping in these stores..

    GLTA!!!

I see, all you have is a bag of Insults for folks Who question your postings.
The P/E of Walgreeens is 21.95
The P/E of RAD is 21.29

Rite Aid now has a lower Price to Earning (P/E) than Walgreens and CVS currently has the lowest P/E

Risk Management would show you that this Selling price increase will not hold without a step up in earnings, which has not appeared.
Even with the return of ESRX and a Thousand a day going into retirement or paid for, govt medical insurance.
As you said you love watching morons bark at the moon, Frankly in this case you are viewing your-self in the Mirror.

This is the best answer you can come up with "WAG is selling CORP offices to rent them back. A shrewd tax saving move".
Selling a Corp. hard assets increases risk for Walgreens Bankers, who will charge Wag higher interest rates in borrowing, this takes money away from the investors, and reduces the Value of what they own.

Walgreens has borrowed Billions last year and has projected revenue increases which have yet to appear yet this debt is now on the books..
Cash flow is the life blood of a business and just perhaps this sale is needed to add to Walgreens cash flow, something that the projected savings and project revenue increases have not done.

You can't dig yourself out of a hole, SG&A cuts or selling asset are the option if revenues aren't increased.to offset increasing debt.

As the history of Rite Aid shows, long term projections are meaningless without results
But you believe saving on taxes is the motivating factor,

    HAHAHA...

    You cc43578 are the idiot:

Your abuse of social media is what has caused the fall in investor confidence, Should you have followed Wags Managers and this BoD's decisions you would have addressed risk management issues this company is involved in..
Are U even aware that Walgreens has put up its Corp offices on the Sale Block.
Good Care and Good faith is the issue to be addressed, not your pumping nonsense......

    GLTAL investors!!
