...and he is on the side of Polymet in this trade!!!! That is HILARIOUS to me.
Polymet is NOT going to get permits, I promise Folks. The USEPA will darn near use the exact same verbiage it used when giving their EU3 and DO NOT PROCEED to Polymet last time.
Jjeedo thinks he has the right still to smoke in your home (he's a heavy smoker and drinker), and he thinks he can walk into anyone's home and drop F-BOMB's every other word. He talks his book and has no common sense. He's a sell out. TRUTH!!!
In fairness however, the ban on wood stoves seems extreme except it does show the immense power this agency has. It's charge is the environment and they are powerful and serious about their mission.
Jjeedo (Jeff) you can fight this agency and yet Polymet thinks it can omit the closure costs, that it can smooth over as though the USEPA has blinders on with regards to the Tailings and the rubber condom to segregate pollution agent rocks on that will just dump and pollute the waters near the brownfield site.
Youra fool Jjeedo, you are.
Then tell us Chuckie what they said you idiot.
Look, I know the routine, you bus up a lot of bearded big dudes, your testosterone gets all out of whack and you get all brave and giddy. Seen all that #$%$ the last time and busing boat loads of Aurora citizens won't have any impact on the USEPA. Incidentally you are about to understand that the only entity in charge here is the USEPA, do as they want and everything will go smartly. Polymet has NOT satisfied the USEPA and is why they will fail in their attempt to get permits. Guaranteed.
Chuck, you are a fool, plain and simple.
Hint: The USEPA don't do input they expect you to do as they have requested, Polymet didn't and will pay a very expensive price. EU3, Do Not Proceed. Very Strong Sell
This is the thrust of what I am promoting. Give the facts, quote what is actually said and back your information up, so, I appreciate this very much. I tried to download this hearing and failed so thank you.
Lastly, go back to all the comments, chest pounding by all these political types and how they pumped Polymet during the last go round. Going so far as to say the "USEPA: are on board and have been a major part of the process". In the end though the USEPA gave this project its worst grading and shut this project down. EU3 and DO NOT PROCEED!!! Do you good people understand who has the power? Who will make the decision? That an EU3 is very serious and will take Polymet to meet all of the major concerns of the USEPA? I am telling you without any doubts in my mind and verifiable, that when the USEPA comment to USACE once again, that closure, the tailings and wetlands, not to mention the segregation of rock into rock class is still concerns that the USEPA are not happy with, with regards to this EIS. You invest how you want but do the work at least. That means looking at who has the power and who has to prove up what the USEPA wants. Polymet has failed in this once again. Guaranteed. Brad Moore is the antithesis of this company, nobody knows jack but they know the project is necessary. I say it isn't, not yet and certainly not as the 1st one to mine these metals on the Iron Range. Their not. Fools all. Brad Moore went to a finance meeting to discuss financial assurance and was unprepared!!! This is just foolishness and I assure you the USEPA took notes, no question about that. Once again people, who has the power? Yep, the USEPA.
I told you to SELL then and some did, some didn't. Guess who I am laughing at right now?! What is the market saying to you right Now? The market is telling me that this is going lower, much lower, and that (as I predicted) the USEPA are going to slam the living shiiaaatttt out of this project as it did 4 years ago. I would get out, stay out, and pray that this project doesn't just go away as this will cause Polymet to start yet another EIS to deal with the water pollution and Closure costs. Two very bad examples of why the USEPA will demand Polymet "Do Not Proceed". EU3..."DEAD ON ARRIVAL".
Hey Jjeedo, that pop you were hoping for like we got the first go round didn't happen as you had hoped. So sorry. The barn then waits a bit longer, ahhh, a whole lot longer.
JJ, I made a call and you know I do my work, and their is an Agency that still demands that the closure costs be a part of the EIS, and is still at the top of their 'MUST WANT' list. Guess what this means? I told you and will reference this when their opinion is expressed in good time. No matter either as the economy is so Overbought, Over Sold, Over Valued, Over in Debted, No Jobs, and is on the brink of yet another horrific Financial Crisis. So that too takes Polymet down to below $.50 cents. Please, tell these IDIOTS you are wrong, was wrong, and never have been right. You owe this to your conscious. You know I am right. God Bless.
I'm not though and who said this board was off topic? Has it ever been off topic? I would say yes as everything put up on this site is utter and complete garbage as it pertains to proper due diligence about Polymet including what Polymets management says. History clearly shows that they are liars and thieves.
Slime, the company wanna be is fully 75% below its high and have recently release the MOST IMPORTANT EIS in the companies history. This EIS is to be the final piece to getting permits and must be air tight, the water issue hit out of the park. Now, this document has been out a week and people with reading and comprehension skills have read this, some of it over and over and the trend is still to the downside on the share price. This means you stupid idiot that Polymet has failed horribly in their bid to get permits and only the in love crowd are left.
This goes lower from here and you will be writing about CDY again very soon on a Polymet Mining site because your pathetic life requires you wake up every day and be foolish.
I am here to keep others from believing in this project at this stage as this EIS is just not ready for primetime and it is because of the pollution issues and the closure and segregated cash required by the USEPA. That this segregated cash be sufficient enough to handle all extremes, and monies to clean the water for the next 500 years be set aside and nt be allowed to be a part of the States general fund..
Polymet themselves expect that water treatment will be at least necessary for 200 and 500 years in different areas of the mining site or more, and the USEPA wants this funded.
Obviously by Polymet not having these numbers and costs in the EIS is admitting to everyone that they do not want to pay or be held accountable for these costs going forward.
Any bankruptcy this company enters after the closure of this mine will remove this obligation and the USEPA understands this and will refuse to allow this mine to go forward without clear and adequate funds set aside and bankruptcy proof. Polymet will bankrupt to avoid these costs at closure must be assumed as it is just a good business strategy. This would mean the tax payers of the United States are at risk. No thank you. Do Not Proceed, Dead on Arrival, EU3.
slime, you're not even worth trying to enlighten. You are plain foolish and all anyone has to do is see when I came back. Polymet @$1.28 and I say: Whoa nelly folks, SELL! Guess who was right now that the trend is down and Polymet is at $.92 with the release of their EIS!!! Smart money says, GET OUT, NOW!!! Ahhahahahahaha. Do Not Proceed...EU3....Dead on Arrival.
No, I haven't you ignorant idiot. Again, just another example of you fools reading what you want to read. Like Polymet VS. The USEPA. Polymet loses and you just proved up yet again that your comprehension skills are just inadequate. LOL...slime, you do bring me to laughter sometimes, you remind me of 49er that way. He was a great dude, great husband, and great Dad with a beautiful home provided by his lovely wife. If you have any of this then you have it. all. Polymet goes down and you unfortunately don't know how to read or comprehend enough to see this for yourself. SELL, SELL, SELL
Robin, you need to free your mind and read the logic of my presentations. You are so hung up on hating me that you can't see the words I write as pure logic based on hard work and a commitment to beat the ' Man' at his silly game. Honesty, you need to focus more on Polymet and its history and less on how you think I am all about. Polymet has a history and so far she has gotten stomped on by the powers that be. The USEPA being the main player to her getting her permits. Have you ever looked at what the USEPA has demanded from Polymet? Their demands are so stringent that Polymets odds of getting her permits will truly take a national emergency to get out of the ground. Look at it this way, the environmentalist are a huge voting block and will only submit when the governments need is greater than their cause. Like War for instance. Plus the world is swimming in all the metals Polymet wants to dig up so look at Polymet as a bank account that earns no cash while she sits but sit she will for the foreseeable future. Anyways, play the game and if you had since I suggested using my well researched recommendation of how to make money while you wait for Polymets ultimate failure in March, again at the pen of the USEPA to a letter sent once again to USACE then you would have been up $3700 Bucks in less than three weeks.
I do my thing in the Oil markets and I am even out into all cash now. Why? I study the market. Corporations up 70% above the mean. Corporations and the media claiming corporations has all kinds of cash sitting and waiting to deploy but if you add all the cash (I have) against all the Debt (I have) then Corporations are $500 Billion dollars in DEBT! Additionally, 50 MILLION people are on food stamps/welfare and we are losing 400,000 full time jobs with benefits and are replacing them with just as many part time jobs. Anyways, you should be more constructive with your time and stop worrying about me and my motivations and listen. Look at the facts. I know Polyme
I am right, I am right and in 90 days you will get the truth and verbatim it will support everything I have said to date. SELL, strong SELL.
Now, even the jackasses are finally talking the real deal. I am impressed. The reality Folks is that Polymet are liars, everyone of them. They are greedy batsterds (spelling intended for effect) and will take the baby bottle from your child's mouth. They don't care about you. Thankfully their plan is inadequate and they will again receive an EU3, Do Not Proceed, and this beast goes back to the drawing board. Another 25 million to spend and believe this or not that's a good thing because it will be the only direct cash that will filter throughout the State of Minnesota economy as these Corporate, off shore types, have crafty ways of not paying taxes to local governments just by keeping two sets of books. Polymet will not get permits as they are not near ready for primetime and they will destroy the environment before they are through and will NOT have adequate assurances set aside to pay the clean up of a now completely destroyed eco-system that will intrude on every person;s life that live on the IRON RANGE. Bury this company wanna be once and for all. Strong SELL even stronger NO GO, NOT IN MY BACKYARD. This is an easy call: Polymet may never see permits unless it becomes a National Security issue and then it will be Nationalized for the good of the citizens of all the United States.
Early bird gets all worms. I work all the time, every bit of free time is dedicated, I'll say that again, DEDICATED to learning by way pf research, books and observations. Included in my studies is following the 17 companies I do at all times, not to mention world politics and above ground issues. I do not celebrate Christmas per se, I do that Christmas Eve and other family functions from Thanksgiving on. Now, I checked in here, state my business and the move along to something else. Polymet is the only site I visit and comment on. I do this because you people are stupid and those who are new that comes here I want to keep on going. I do this because of people like you and especially Jjeedo and the Polymet Team who do nothing but spew BS with every memo or company press release. Why? I do not believe Polymets management, not in the least. Always with ever message Polymet releases their is a cute way they avoid the truth that sounds trustworthy and because I have the ability to read and comprehend I call Bullshiiiiaaaattt when they do this and they do this a lot. The goal then, to keep the unsuspecting from getting ripped off. In my world that is admirable.
"We'd like to shed some light". Oh please Jeff, stop this shiaatttt already.
Here's the deal, everything in this EIS is the same as the last EIS. Supposedly back in 2010 the USEPA were consulted, gave approval and were behind this project just as you and Polymet are trying to intimate now. You above anyone on this site knows I have never been wrong post USEPA letter to USACE. You, however, were in love and lost your arrsss off. I implore everyone here at this Polymet sight that I have done my homework and made my phone calls and you Folks need to SELL. This pig is going lower, way lower. Strong Sell.
"We'd like to", that's hilarious Jeff, did they hire you in the PR department? If they did then this is just too funny. OMG just seel folks based on this fool saying "we'd like to". Whatttthahahahahaha.
People crack me up when they say "The good ole' days". Why? Because the "Good Ole' Days" ended because garbage companies like Polymet don't keep their word. Paallleeease shut up Jeff, please.
The Good Ole Days are made by Good Folks under the age of 12 who's every need is satisfied by Mom and Dad busting it and worrying about their next pay check. You are so foolish Jjeedo, a sell out.
Jjeedo, this (your essay) was said back in December 2009. In early 2010 the USEPA laughed their #$%$ off at the science from Polymet in their letter to USACE. The verbiage is very near exactly the same and we all know what happened then and Polymet hasn't changed a thing since. EU3 Brother, "Do Not Proceed", Look at the share price today, and it just shows other very smart people like myself thinks the beast is going down yet again. Strong Sell.
PS: One question: You said they will have sufficient sums to cover water treatment, it's state law, then what happened at Dunka? It is my understanding the water treatment plant isn't running because the state has no funds. Oh!, wait!, that was you who confirmed that to me back in 2009. Jjeedo, you have sold your soul Brother and this beast is going down, again. I promise..
