The market is strong, IPO's are doing VERY well, if you want to IPO a large Chinese Internet retailer you don't want people comparing your offering price to a low share price Dang. Makes sense to kite it IMO.

I think the street needs this at $20 to $30 sooner than the market will take it there. A short squeeze would be a convenient cover to get it there sooner and can be engineered pretty easy. We may be seeing the beginning of that now. Take a look at what a short squeeze looks like when you want to sell a lot of debt, Tesla.

A bet on Apple or Nokia is a one spin event. More like Roulette. Place a bet on 10 or 20, equal odds. Not so with Nokia and Apple which both can have positive or negative outcomes independently of each other.

In my book Nokia has a very good shot at high returns because it has such a low percentage of the smartphone market. Apple IMO has a harder road to hoe trying to hang on to very high margins.

Don't bother with an answer, I won't see it, I hoe my garden everyday, got to get rid of the weeds.

Called the Wall-Mart Supercenter in Mt. Prospect IL. just now on North Ave.(773) 252-7465. Talked to the cell phone desk. Asked it they had received the Lumia 521 yet and was told they were sold out. Sold out but are getting more Monday or Tuesday. Seemed knowledgeable.

Wall-Mart on Touhy Ave, Niles has not received any yet but thinks they may have them tomorrow.

Maybe you went to the Wall-Mart Express Store. They only sell the Straight Talk cell phone, nothing else.

BTW I just got results of CT scan of my MCC. Been fighting it for 6.5 years as of May 1st which puts me in the lucky 2% or so who are still alive. I have only had 17 cycles of Folfiri and Avastin so far, 11 in 2011 and 6 so far this year. I expected bad news from the CT scan, real bad, but it turns out that I did better in the latest 6 cycles than in the initial 11. Like 70% reduction in tumor size. My oncologist is talking about the possibility that I could have a full remission. Going very aggressive next 6 cycles. There goes the hair.

WAITING FOR REO!! Long ONCY! And yes you can use ANY approved drug OFF LABEL if you can get a doc to OK it ! If REO is approved for anything millions will want it ASAP!

I don't think you need a second Phase III trial for FDA approval. They could ask for it and could make approval conditional on it, but it is not necessary. They could approve after or during a Phase II trial if the data warrants it and still proceed, after approval, with more trials.
