Yup you're right, companies that show multi year on year revenue growth at 30% are a dime a dozen, totally normal. Every company in the world needs to buy more salesforce every year.
I thnk the CRM numbers are about as credible as anything that comes out of the Obama administration on anything. If you note the Barron's quick summary they always make or beat the non gaap number by whatever adjustment "they" need to make be it thru stock option expense, depreciation, amortization, or currency.
And if you are at "constant" growth of 27-30% well doesn't that say you really aren't growing? The deferred revenue figures are a joke as well. If anyone was left that knew how to do a real audit it would be real interesting to see the results here.
Now all that being said, just buy the stock and write calls against it, rinse repeat.

As for earnings, because of their ability to recognize revenue at any figure they choose, revenues will grow 27=31%, they will beat by .02-.05 BUT that's before all sorts of alleged one time forever recurring acquisition costs, expansion costs, currency blah blah, real estate, etc. Cash flow will probably be down because of data center and other real estate costs.
Watch the stock based compensation figure and see if they can hit the $600 MILLION rate.
And even though no one else has reported good results from Europe and Asia, these snakes will do just GREAT, FANTABALISTIC.
