You need to learn how to analyze my comments in relation to management possible intentions.
You don't need to know, just as I don't need to know your profession. However, I will tell you I am 95% blue chip and 5% roll of the dice i.e., DECN.
I can agree. This is my long time "mind set" leading to sound investments. Arrogant, NO, just smart investing. Let the shorts and ?? make their money their way. I will make mine the best way I have been doing for a long time. GLTU/All
"unencumbered right to market our Gen family of test strips" Clear path to ?
"...we have unanimously decided to immediately exercise it (right):" Explanation as to how..steps defining immediate.
"We intend to beat them (J&J) in the marketplace, own their market share and capture their earnings." Powerful words BUT, no explanation as to how. Key to investment.
"...company believes it has been justly compensated." Monetary impact? Funds in a legal fund account. To me this says DECN is in a financial position to proceed with their "intention comments".
All sounds good, but the plan process needs management details as to when/how/and invistor support coming.
Thank you for your comment. However, I never said "demand". Any investor, new or long time, knows management of a company should/must,provide clarity so one can make valid decisions. Level 2? Keep buying based on your approach. Like I said, I'm prepared either way..+/-
My position is simple...going to hold until management informs more clearly as to their plan going forward.
to detail legal outcome and "potential impact" going forward. Mr. Bermans "rewarding investors" for their LT support has not materialized. I positioned to sell/hold/or ad. MC difficult to manage not knowing what to expect. Decision time for many.
on this board. Wait for definitive info before coming to conclusions leading to additional investment decisions. Do as one pleases, but the "key" to determinations remains in management hands. However, one can conclude in the affirmative that MB is using the legal funds appropriately in order to arrive at resolution.
I never respond to bashers. Let this stk play out as the company implements their "initial" business strategy. Always interesting to read a bashers inept wording...many day traders preying on those who have no clue about how a company is structured internally/x-ternally. Enjoy the entertainment and make mental notes. GLTU
Mr. Bermans letter was written pointing to a historical perspective of what was, happened, and potential 2016-17 outcome. Quotes supporting my opinion:
1. "Genstrip was targeted for launch and Commercialization" The business plan.
2. "Market planning and projection strongly indicated rapid growth and brand distribution" I believe this plan ill re-emerge in mid 3016 into 2017.
WHY? "Growth and expansion abruptly interrupted" as a result of litigation-partially on going.
3. 4 year litigation "...thoroughly rebuffed."
4. Pharma Tech absolved of "...each and every accusation..."
5. "We intend to beat them in the marketplace..." This plan is what I want to see as it unfolds.
6. "...we have been justly compensated..."
7. Financing Fund to protect company products going forward. Interesting.
Simply, this letter points to what was intended initially in their plan and now the plan will gradually unfold. I REMAIN PATIENT . Buy more? I will remain interested doing my DD as management lays out their strategy. I remain an investor given the current analysis by Berman. GLTA
Q-3 agree. I am just sitting on the sideline waiting for information I/all can digest before making decisions determining my investment decisions. I need "solid" info pointing to value in the short and long term. I invest on what is currently known about "any company" and then wait in order to make sound decision. It's management that MUST inform although several on this MB have excellent info for which I digest and compare going forward.. We shall see.
I don't disagree w/your statement. However, any company supporting their shareholders so stated by the CEO, MUST, in the end, release pertinent information so investors on the sidelines know the short term direction of DECN.
As far as your comment re...my investment. I'm a ground floor Apple investor if that tells you anything. I am a patient man, but time is part of the equation. Appreciate your response.
Q2...you are 100% correct. My concern is the direction Berman will point this company. Many questions, one being is how does he plan to move forward "assuming" a large financial picture emerges in Q2. Patience!
